临“震”不‘乱’，安全相伴——培基幼儿园地震防震减灾安全教育活动

在正式疏散演练开始前，各班老师组织本班幼儿开展丰富多彩的地震安全教育活动，并各班教师根据幼儿的年龄特点，通过图片讲解、播放视频、实践操作等各种形式对幼儿进行了防震安全知识教育，让幼儿知晓地震的危害，牢记紧急疏散路线，熟知安全逃生方法，帮助幼儿在面对地震、火灾等突发事件时保护自己顺利逃生。

各班老师组织本班幼儿开展丰富多彩的地震安全教育活动。活动中，老师们引导幼儿学习地震来临时的应对措施及正确逃生方法。

伴随着第一声避险警报响起，防震演练正式开始。老师和小朋友们立刻停止活动，在老师的迅速组织下，孩子们双手护头、降低重心，迅速就近躲到墙角、桌下或支撑结构较多的空间，进行紧急避险。

With the first evacuation alarm sounded, the earthquake drill officially began. The teachers and children immediately stopped the activities, and under the rapid organization of the teachers, the children protected their heads with their hands, lowered their center of gravity, and quickly hid in the corners of walls, under tables or spaces with many supporting structures for emergency evacuation.

当第二次警报响起，各班班级教师组织幼儿双手护住头部，弓着腰，按照预定逃生路线快速有序地紧急疏散到室外安全空旷的场地。到达安全地点后，各班教师迅速清点人数并向园长汇报疏散情况，确保不漏一人，保证全员安全脱险。

When the second alarm sounded, the teachers of each class organized the children to protect their heads with their hands, hunch their waists, and evacuate to a safe and open place outdoors in a fast and orderly manner according to the predetermined escape route. After arriving at a safe place, the teachers of each class quickly counted the number of people and reported the evacuation situation to the principal to ensure that no one was missed and that all staff escaped safely.

整个演练井然有序，幼儿全校师生在最短时间内安全撤离，达到了预期的效果。演练结束后，园长就本次演练做出总结，对各班教师和幼儿的表现给予肯定和表扬，并再次强调了防震逃生安全注意事项。希望大家通过此次演练都能做到防震牢记于心，安全防患于行。

The whole drill was orderly, and the teachers and students of the whole school were safely evacuated in the shortest possible time, which achieved the expected results. 一、不要犹豫|Don’t hesitate

一次地震，从人们感觉震动到房屋开始倒塌，通常有十几秒钟的时间间隔。经验告诉我们：震时就近躲避，震后迅速撤离到安全的地方。

An earthquake, from the time people feel the shaking to the time when the house begins to collapse, usually has a time interval of more than ten seconds. Experience has taught us that we should evacuate to the nearest place during an earthquake and evacuate to a safe place quickly after an earthquake.

二、采取正确的姿势|Adopt the right posture

1、躲避地震时要尽量降低身体的重心；

2、蹲下或跪下时，要尽量蜷曲身体；

3、趴下时要脸朝下，不要压住口鼻，以利呼吸。

4、躲避时要低头，并用手护住头部，有条件时，可用身边的物品，如书包，被褥等顶在头上。

1.When avoiding earthquakes, try to lower the center of gravity of the body;

2.When squatting or kneeling, try to curl up your body;

3. When lying down, face down, do not press your mouth and nose to facilitate breathing.

4. Bow your head when you dodge, and protect your head with your hands, and when possible, you can use items around you, such as school bags, bedding, etc., on your head.

三、寻找安全的地方|Find a safe place     

在室外，安全的地方是远离建筑物空地。

在室内，房屋倒塌后能形成三角空间的地方，往往是人们得以幸存的相对安全地点。比如：楼房中空间小、有支撑物的房间，如厨房、卫生间；家中牢固的桌下、床下、家具旁，内承重墙角；商场书店的结实柜台、室内立柱附近；影剧院的排椅下；工厂车间内的机床、大型设备附近等。

Outside, a safe place is to stay away from the building in an open space.

Indoors, the places where triangular spaces can be formed after the collapse of a house are often relatively safe places for people to survive. For example, rooms with small space and supported objects in buildings, such as kitchens and bathrooms, strong desks, beds, furniture, and load-bearing corners in the home, sturdy counters and interior columns in shopping malls and bookstores, under the rows of chairs in theaters, near machine tools and large equipment in factory workshops, etc.

四、震后迅速撤离|Evacuate quickly after the earthquake     

地震发生之后，受损的房屋是最危险的场所，一旦震动停止，要马上撤离。如果是在家中遇到地震，在撤离前要灭掉明火，关掉煤气，切断电源，防止火灾发生。

Damaged houses are the most dangerous places after an earthquake, and evacuate as soon as the shaking stops. If you are experiencing an earthquake at home, extinguish the open fire, turn off the gas, and cut off the power supply before evacuating to prevent a fire.

五、室外要注意 |Pay attention to the outdoors    

避开高大建筑物，如：楼房、高大烟囱、立交桥等；

避开危险物高耸或悬挂物，如电线杆、路灯、广告牌等；避开危险场所，如：狭窄街道、危旧房屋、危墙、高门等。

Avoid tall buildings, such as buildings, tall chimneys, overpasses, etc.;

Avoid towering or hanging objects such as telephone poles, street lights, billboards, etc., and avoid dangerous places, such as narrow streets, dilapidated houses, dangerous walls, high gates, etc.

本次防震演练进一步增强了全体师幼的防震安全意识，提高了师幼紧急避险、自救自护的应变能力。灾害无小事，预防要及时，让我们一同携手关注防震避震，树立风险意识，掌握逃生技巧，为孩子们构筑起一道抵御灾害的坚实防线!
