11月16日是世界宽容日,联合国教科文组织设立国际宽容日的目的在于强调在多元化社会里,应通过普及宽容方面的教育,使人们和谐、和平地生活在一起,幼儿园借此围绕“宽容教育”开展了一系列德育活动,旨在教会孩子爱与宽容,在全园刮起一阵宽容待人的美德之风。

“宽容”作为一种重要的道德品质,它可以减少冲突、增强信任、促进自我成长和塑造积极的人际关系。老师们围绕以下几点开展了一场非常有意义的研讨会,对人际交往而言宽容它的作用主要表现哪几个方面呢?
“Tolerance” is an important moral quality that reduces conflict, enhances trust, promotes self-growth, and shapes positive relationships. The teachers conducted a very meaningful workshop on the following points, and what are the main aspects of the role of tolerance in interpersonal communication?
1. 减少冲突:宽容意味着对别人的错误或过失持有一种谅解的态度,不轻易发怒或责怪他人。这种态度可以减少人际冲突,增强人与人之间的和谐。
2. 增强信任:宽容的人通常被认为更容易信任他人,因为他们不会因为别人的小错误而轻易改变对别人的看法。这种信任可以增强人与人之间的互动和合作。
3. 促进自我成长:宽容也与自我成长有关。当我们能够宽容地看待自己的错误和不足时,我们可以更好地认识自己,并努力改进。
4. 塑造积极的人际关系:宽容还可以帮助我们塑造积极的人际关系。当我们能够宽容地对待他人时,我们可以建立更健康、更积极的人际关系。
1. Reduce conflict: Tolerance means having an attitude of understanding from the mistakes, and not getting angry or blaming others easily. This attitude can reduce interpersonal conflict and enhance harmony between people.
2. Enhances trust: Tolerant people are often considered to be more likely to trust others because they don’t easily change their opinion of others because of their small mistakes. This trust enhances interaction and cooperation between people.
3. Promote self-growth: Tolerance is also associated with self-growth. When we are able to look at our mistakes and shortcomings with tolerance, we can better understand ourselves and strive for improvement.
4. Shape positive relationships: Tolerance can also help us shape positive relationships. When we are able to be tolerant of others, we can build healthier, more positive relationships.
Carry out a theme activity of moral education for young children
我园围绕“宽容是什么”、“创设宽容日的意义”等内容,开展了幼儿德育教育主题活动,让幼儿在宽容中学会自爱,在自爱中学会爱人,让幼儿朝着拥有美德的方向茁壮成长。
1. 组织孩子们创作宽容主题的绘画作品,展示在教室或幼儿园中。
2. 通过歌曲、舞蹈等形式,进一步加深幼儿对宽容的理解。
3. 带领孩子们亲近自然的地方,进一步引导他们体验宽容、尊重环境和他人的重要性。
Focusing on “what is tolerance” and “the meaning of creating a tolerance day”, our kindergarten has carried out the theme activities of children’s moral education, so that children can learn self-love in tolerance, learn to love others in self-love, and let children thrive in the direction of virtue.
1. Organize children to create paintings on the theme of tolerance and display them in the classroom or kindergarten.
2. Through songs, dances and other forms, children can further deepen their understanding of tolerance.

我们在活动中观察孩子们的参与度、合作和宽容行为、宽容作品、做记录并进行了评估。通过本次活动的评估结果,我们可以看出,幼儿初步理解了什么是宽容,明白宽容对于人际关系的重要性,能为他们日后养成宽容的心理和行为习惯打下良好的基础。希望通过这样的活动,潜移默化地培养孩子们宽容的性格,使他们能够更好地处理人际关系和自我成长,成为他们今后人生中熠熠生辉的闪亮品格。
We observed the children’s participation, cooperation and tolerance behavior, tolerated the work, recorded and evaluated the children. Through the evaluation results of this activity, we can see that children have a preliminary understanding of what tolerance is, understand the importance of tolerance for interpersonal relationships, and can lay a good foundation for them to develop tolerant psychological and behavioral habits in the future. It is hope that through such activities, children can subtly cultivate a tolerant character, so that they can better handle interpersonal relationships and self-growth, and become a shining character in their future lives.
