1.不吃寒凉食物|Don’t eat cold food

秋冬万物收敛,要注意不吃寒凉之物。寒凉食物,会导致体内的阳气不足,危害健康。尤其是冰镇饮品不但会刺激肠胃,还会造成脾胃不和,体内湿气加重。

1. 不洗冷水澡|Don’t take cold showers

入秋后,天气转凉,洗澡时水温应适当调高,以免因洗冷水澡引发感冒。

2. 不做剧烈运动|Don’t do strenuous exercise

1. 不利于养成良好的时间观念

 幼儿不按时入园,就无法按照正常的一日生活流程进行活动,无法在固定的时间做成相应的事情,长此以往,幼儿会变得随意,拖拉,偷懒,没有时间观念,也会加大适应纪律的难度。

2. 不利于幼儿良好情绪的建立

幼儿不来园,交往的人员较为单一,容易形成孤独、内向的性格,也会破坏原有的朋友圈,不利于人际交往。且來园的次数与时间短也会造成幼儿很难信任老师,加重幼儿分离焦虑。

基于以上几点,请家长朋友们按时送幼儿入园。天气再冷,坚持按时送幼儿入园,是对幼儿意志力最好的磨练。让我们和幼儿一起播种好的行为习惯,从而收获更好的自己。
