粮食是人类生存之本,国不可一日无粮,家不可一日无米。节约粮食是中华民族的传统美德,是我们民族的宝贵财富,常言道“滴水成河,粒米成箩”。现在的幼儿生活条件都非常优越,在幼儿园里挑食、剩饭的现象十分普遍,在世界粮食日来临之际,为了让孩子们懂得粮食得来不易,树立节约意识,养成节约粮食的良好习惯,激发幼儿对劳动人民的尊敬之情,培基幼儿园以“珍惜‘粮’缘,不做‘必剩客’”为主题展开了一系列精彩纷呈的活动。

Food is the foundation of human survival, there is no day without food in the country and there is no day without rice in a family。Saving food is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and the precious wealth of our nation. As the saying goes, “a drop of water makes a river, and a grain of rice makes a basket”。The children’s living conditions are very superior in the kindergarten。Being picky with food and leftovers is very common。World Food Day is approaching,the children will know that food is not easy to get by learning good habits of saving food。Children will also learn to respect the community workers。The kindergarten will teach on how to“cherish food”and no    “leftovers”as the theme and series of wonderful activities.

2023年10月16日是第43个世界粮食日,今年的主题为“践行大食物观,保障粮食安全”,让我们一起走进世界粮食日吧!

小班开展主题教育活动,老师向幼儿介绍“世界粮食日”的由来,生活中常见的粮食及其种植的过程,帮助幼儿建立对“粮食”、“粮食日”的初步认识,进而懂得“粒粒皆辛苦”的意义。

大班的小朋友通过国旗下讲话,倡导宣传幼儿园的老师和爱粮、惜粮的好品质。

遇“稻”一粒米

     Meet “rice” a grain of rice

“一粒粮食能拯救一个国家,也可以绊倒一个国家,要把中国人的饭碗牢牢地掌握在中国人自己的手上”。世界粮食日来临之际,我们又想起了“杂交水稻之父”——“袁隆平”,如果没有他,中国近14亿人口吃饱饭将都要成为问题。袁隆平爷爷是我国的杂交水稻之父,也是人类史上首个发明出杂交水稻的人。如今袁爷爷带着梦的“种子”去了远方,却将粮食的种子,创新与奋斗的“种子”,留给了我们,他为中国水稻研究事业做出了巨大的贡献,是一位真正的英雄!通过聆听“遇稻一粒米”的故事,孩子们了解了水稻的生长过程,懂得了“一稻济世,万家足粮”的道理。

节约粮食,从我绘起。孩子们用巧手绘画出一幅幅生动的画作,让平日里随处可见的五谷杂粮变得生机盎然、栩栩如生,在作画的过程中,进一步加深了对粮食的认识,画作在不断的展示中,将“节约粮食”的美好品德传递给更多人。

“苦瓜”堪称时令菜蔬中最佳瓜菜,营养丰富,具有增食欲、助消化、除热邪、解疲乏、增进食欲的作用。老师带孩子们展开了食育活动,一起制作了苦瓜汁:将切好的食物放进了榨汁机中,等待几分钟,最后品尝“美味”的苦瓜汁。看着每个孩子露出了丰富的表情,老师告诉小朋友们:苦瓜虽苦,却可以清热解毒,参与是一种快乐,创造是一种享受。同时,通过本次食育课,教会孩子食物的制作来之不易,要懂得珍惜食物,学会与他人分享美食。

饮食是小朋友身体健康成长的基本保障,那么如何保证孩子们的健康饮食呢?培基幼儿园注重餐桌礼仪文化和食育文化课程,以健康为核心,为孩子们打造了绿色科技园有机农场,所有蔬菜水果不外购,只自产,确保给到孩子的是当天采摘的新鲜食材。让孩子吃的开心,家长放心。老师带着小朋友一起回顾了上月外出实践的“培基绿色科技园有机农场”,区分了什么样的菜才是健康的饮食,让孩子们了解基础的健康饮食小知识。
