教学促成长
为进一步贯彻党的教育方针,规范教师职业行为,明确师德底线,弘扬教师立德树人、爱岗敬业、为人师表的高尚师德,推进师德师风建设活动的深入开展。同时促进幼儿园教师专业化成长,夯实教学基本功,进一步提高课堂教学组织能力。4月15日,北京市朝阳区培基幼儿园组织举办《爱是师德魂 教学促成长 》的师德培训、观摩课活动,师德培训由董事长庄先生亲自讲解培训,观摩课由培基幼儿园18名教师进行教学展示,集团148名教师亲临现场。
我园18名不同年龄段的优秀教师展示了健康、语言、科学、社会、艺术等多领域的教育教学活动。有趣的教学设计、生动的语言组织、恰当的师幼互动,结合多媒体信息技术的巧妙运用,激发幼儿参与活动的积极性和学习兴趣。
18 outstanding teachers from different age groups in our kindergarten presented educational teaching activities in various fields such as health, language, science, society, and art. Interesting teaching design, vivid language organization, appropriate teacher child interaction, combined with the clever application of multimedia information technology, stimulate children’s enthusiasm for participating in activities and learning interest.

观摩后,各年龄组老师们在一起展开分享研讨。执教老师阐述教学设计思路,并对教学目标达成、教学环节衔接、教学活动组织中存在问题进行反思。各园前来观摩的老师则畅所欲言、各抒己见,从教师的语言组织、关键性提问、环节设置、教学机智等方面提出指导性建议。通过本次研讨分享,老师们在相互交流中积累经验,在分享中自我反思,丰富了教学组织策略,提升了教学能力。
After observation, teachers from all age groups gathered together to share and discuss. The teacher elaborates on the teaching design ideas and reflects on the problems in achieving teaching objectives, connecting teaching links, and organizing teaching activities. Teachers from various kindergartens come to observe and express their opinions, providing guidance suggestions from aspects such as language organization, key questions, process settings, and teaching wit. Through this discussion and sharing, teachers have accumulated experience through mutual communication, self reflection through sharing, enriched teaching organization strategies, and improved teaching abilities.
培基幼儿园董事长庄先生莅临整场活动,围绕“在新形势下,如何立师德、正师风、强师能、铸师魂,做人民满意好教师”开展培训。
Mr. Zhuang, the Chairman of Baston Kindergarten, attended the entire event and conducted training on “how to establish teacher ethics, strengthen teacher abilities, and cultivate teacher spirit in the new situation, and become a good teacher who satisfies the people”.
通过培训,让教师充分认识到新时代对教师落实立德树人的根本任务提出新的更高要求,自觉规范职业行为和严守师德底线,努力成为有理想信念、有道德情操、有扎实学识、有仁爱之心的“四有”好老师。
Through training, teachers are fully aware of the new and higher demands placed on them in the new era to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character. They consciously regulate professional behavior and strictly adhere to the bottom line of teacher ethics, striving to become good teachers with ideas and beliefs, moral character, solid knowledge, and a heart of kindness.
最后,培基幼儿园保教主管王老师表示:对教学活动做最后的点评和总结。在对执教教师们认真负责的态度、对专业的敬畏精神表示高度赞扬的同时,更是针对每节教学活动给予专业性指导和评价。并在讲话中强调,领域教学应关注课程的核心经验,在教学设计中要运用好减法思维,教学过程中要注重把握关键性提问,减少碎片化语言,相信每个幼儿都是有能力的学习者,要为他们提供充分探索、自主学习机会,要针对活动现场及时调整教学策略,做到眼中有孩子、处处有教育。
Finally, Teacher Wang, the head of education of Baston Kindergarten, stated that she would like to make a final comments and summaries on the teaching activities. While highly praising the serious and responsible attitude of teachers and their reverence for their profession, we also provide professional guidance and evaluation for each teaching activity. In her speech, she pointed that domain teaching should pay attention to the core experience of the curriculum, use subtraction thinking in teaching design, pay attention to holding key questions in the teaching process, reduce fragmentation language, believe that every child is a competent learner, provide them with full exploration and independent learning opportunities, adjust teaching strategies in time according to the activity site.
教学活动组织是老师们的基本功,希望教师们在实践中重反思、勤揣摩、理经验、促提升,成长为成熟型骨干教师。
Organizing teaching activities is a fundamental skill for teachers. We hope that teachers can reflect, speculate, share experiences, and promote improvement in practice, and grow as mature teachers.
此次集团师德培训、教师教学观摩活动,不仅为各园教师搭建互相学习的平台,也是一次教学基本功的锤炼,为所有老师们营造出互相学习、互相交流,不断探索、不断反思的良好学习环境,促进教师专业化成长。在日常生活中,老师们用规范和准则要求自己,践行爱的教育,做合格的幼教人。
This group teacher ethics training and teacher observation activity not only provides a platform for teachers in various kindergartens to learn from each other, but also serves as an exercise in basic teaching skills.
