微雨众卉新，
一雷惊蛰始。
春风吹来，阳光灿烂，
伴随着第一声春雷的响起，
小草偷偷从土地钻出来，
挺直了摇杆，
嫩嫩的，绿绿的，
听，是万物苏醒的声音……
春天来了
惊蛰，古称“启蛰”，是二十四节气中的第三个节气。标志着仲春时节的开始。时至惊蛰，大地回暖，春雷轰鸣，唤醒了入冬后蛰伏的鸟兽虫鱼，它们纷纷应声出动，一片生机盎然。
Awakening of Insects, known as “Qizhe” in ancient times, is the third of the 24 solar terms. It marks the beginning of the mid-spring season. The earth warmed up; birds, animals, insects and fish are waking up after the winter.

Three Stages of Awakening of Insects
When the peach blossoms
惊蛰之日，“桃之夭夭，灼灼其华”。桃花的花芽在严冬时蛰伏，于惊蛰之际开始开花。阳和发生，自此渐盛，所谓桃始华。
The flower buds of peach blossoms hibernate in the severe winter and begin to blossom when they are awakened.
Black oriole sound
仓庚即黄鹂，黄鹂鸣叫，动物开始求偶。春风和煦，阳光灿烂，仓庚从一条枝桠跳到另一个，唱着“春来到”。
The oriole calls, and the animals begin to courtship. The spring breeze is warm and the sun is bright. Black oriole jumps from one branch to another, singing “Spring is coming”.
Waiting hawks turn into doves
鹰每年二、三月飞返北方繁殖，已经不见迹影，只有斑鸠飞出来，于是古人以为春天的斑鸠是由秋天的老鹰变化出来的。
Eagles fly back to the north to breed in February and March every year. There is no trace of them. Only turtledoves fly out. So the ancients thought that the spring turtledove was changed from the autumn eagle.

The custom of Awakening of Insects
我国劳动人民自古就很重视惊蛰节气，把它视为春耕开始的日子。唐诗有云：“微雨众卉新，一雷惊蛰始。田家几日闲，耕种从此起。”俗语也说：“过了惊蛰节，耕田不停”。
Since ancient times, the people of our country have attached great importance to the term of Awakening of Insects. It is regarded as the beginning of spring . As the poem of the Tang Dynasty said, “The light rain and the new flowers start with a thunderbolt. The farmland is free for a few days, and the farming begins from then on.” As the saying goes, “After Awakening of Insects, the farming process will be increased “.
蒙鼓皮
传说惊蛰是雷声引起的。古人想象雷神是位鸟嘴人身，长了翅膀的大神，一手持锤，一手连击环绕周身的许多天鼓，发出隆隆的雷声。惊蛰这天，天庭有雷神击天鼓，人间也利用这个时机来蒙鼓皮。
The ancients imagined that the god of thunder was a bird with a beak and wings. With one hand holding a hammer, the other hand repeatedly hit many sky drums around the body, making a rumbling thunder. On the day of the sting, the god of thunder struck the drum in the sky.
惊蛰吃梨
民间有惊蛰吃梨的习俗，有人说“梨”谐音“离”，惊蛰吃梨可让虫害远离庄稼。惊蛰吃梨也有养生意义，惊蛰后气候回暖，人体容易外感咳嗽、口干舌燥，而梨性微寒且甘润，能润肺止咳。
Awakening of Insects, eat pears
There is a folk custom of eating pears. Some people say that “pear” is homo-phonic to the word “leave”. Eating pears by startling insects can keep pests away from crops. Pears are slightly cold and sweet, and can moisten the lungs and relieve cough.
戏惊蛰
春风吹开了迎春花的蓓蕾，细雨滋润了温馨的记忆，春天的气息越来越浓。各年级组根据幼儿年龄特点，通过丰富多样的特色活动，多方面多形式的诠释了“惊蛰”这一节气文化。使孩子们更深刻了解到惊蛰开始春雷响动，气温回升，雨水不断增多，万物开始生长。
The spring breeze blew the buds of winter jasmine, and the breath of spring became stronger. After a long sleep in the winter,

惊蛰时节，春气萌动，

春雷响了，大地回暖万物复苏，
蛰伏一冬的昆虫醒了；
春风暖了，寂寞一季的花儿开了。
