清明节是农历二十四节气之一，中国汉族传统的清明节大约始于周代，距今已有二千五百多年的历史。
清明节是中国的二十四节气之一。
清明一到，气温升高，雨量增多，正是春耕春种的大好时节。故有“清明前后，点瓜种豆”、“植树造林，莫过清明”的农谚。
清明节是一个祭祀祖先的节日，传统活动为扫墓。
清明节作为我国传统节气，是根据每年的春分点来计算的，春分点每过15天会有一个节气，所以清明在阳历4月4日至6日之间5日居多。不是固定在阳历4月5日，也不是以农历来决定的。

清明节既是我们中华民族的传统节日，也是开展爱国主义教育活动的重要契机。在清明期间，我园还组织开展了一系列活动，如:吃鸡蛋、画鸡蛋、踏青春游、荡秋千、放风筝等系列教育活动，让幼儿在这紧张又热烈的游戏中感受节日的气氛，在欢快又烂漫的郊游中了解传统风俗，强健身体，充分感受春日的美好。

“牵钩”是古称，其实就是现代的拔河运动。拔河也是一项极具趣味的体育活动，据说，在时值春耕春种的清明时节举行拔河，具有祈求丰收的意味，历代帝王自然非常重视。
在中国的饮食文化中，端午节要吃粽子喝黄酒，中秋节要吃月饼、元宵节要吃汤圆，那清明节应该吃什么呢？
其实清明节饮食并没有统一品种，各地的习惯差异比较大，所以饮食各有偏好，内涵也更加丰富。
清明时节，江南一带有吃青团子的风俗习惯。青团子是用一种名叫“浆麦草”的野生植物捣烂后挤压出汁，接着取用这种汁同晾干后的水磨纯糯米粉拌匀揉和，然后开始制作团子。团子的馅心是用细腻的糖豆沙制成，在包馅时，另放入一小块糖猪油。团坯制好后，将它们入笼蒸熟，出笼时用毛刷将熟菜油均匀地刷在团子的表面，这便大功告成了。青团子油绿如玉，糯韧绵软，清香扑鼻，吃起来甜而不腻，肥而不腴。青团子还是江南一带人用来祭祀祖先必备食品，正因为如此，青团子在江南一带的民间食俗中显得格外重要。
枣糕又叫“子推饼”，北方一些地方用酵糟发面，夹枣蒸食。他们还习惯将枣饼制成飞燕形，用柳条串起挂在门上，可以冷食，以纪念介子推不求名利的高尚品质。

引导幼儿在情境中获得完整的体验，是发展幼儿社会性的重要手段。我园把清明节活动作为培养幼儿人文精神的良好契机，清明节前夕，中大班从唐诗《清明》引入，讲解清明节的历史渊源，让幼儿带着对先人和革命先烈的缅怀心情，观看《雷锋的故事》、《英雄王二小》等动画片，先烈们的感人事迹鲜活地展现在幼儿面前

创设诵读诗词经典环境，小班年段开展了“清明诵诗词，追思先辈志”的经典诵读活动，以此来纪念中国传统清明节。教室有机地整合了诗词诵读与语言活动，将《清明》、《咏柳》、《春晓》等幼儿耳熟能详的诗词，利用说、唱、演等形式，形成综合性语言活动，在让孩子在感受到经典诗篇的魅力的同时，也提升了自身的语言应用能力。

在开展本次系列活动的过程中，我们本着“贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近幼儿”的原则，充分利用资源，精心设计，使幼儿乐于参与活动，并收到了超出预期的活动效果。
通过这次活动我们的教师也收获了很多。在今后的工作中，我园将继续积极营造弘扬和培育中华民族传统美德教育和爱国主义教育的氛围，把培育民族精神贯穿于整个教育教学的各个环节和各个方面，帮助幼儿从小树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。
