两个孩子攀爬滑梯,一旁的孩子看见Caven上去的方法,也模仿着用相同的方法上去,用手紧紧抓住扶手,然后向中间挪步,等移到中间便开心的玩了起来,自己便学会了怎样上梯子。有的孩子商量着“我来扶你”,两个人的手紧紧的握在一起,然后慢慢踩在梯子上,伸手够上面的扶手。等到一只手够到上面的扶手后,另一只手马上拉上去,然后稳稳的站了上去。


Two children climbed to the top of the slide, another child on the side saw Caven’s way of going up, and imitated the same way, grabbing the handrail tightly with his hands, and then moving to the middle. After he moved to the middle, they played happily. Learned how to climb the ladder.  Some children said “I’ll help you”, two of them held their hands tightly together, and then slowly stepped on the ladder, reaching for the handrail above. After one hand reached the upper handrail, the other hand immediately pulled up, and then stood up firmly.

01|树立同伴榜样

在《幼儿园教育指导纲要》实施细则中,明确指出幼儿同伴群体是宝贵的教育资源,是幼儿成长环境的重要组成部分。由此可见,同伴群体对幼儿教育发挥着举足轻重的作用,在幼儿园中,幼儿间交往最多,因此我们应帮助幼儿树立榜样意识引导发挥同伴群体的榜样示范作用。


In the implementation rules of the “Guidelines for Kindergarten Education”, it is clearly pointed out that the group of child’s peers is a valuable educational resource and an important part of the environment for child’s growth. It can be seen that peer groups play an important role in early childhood education. In kindergartens, children have the most communication. Therefore, we should help children to establish role models and guide them.

02|鼓励同伴交往

Encourage peer interaction























在游戏中我们可以发现:两位孩子互相帮助着爬上绳索。一句简单的“我扶着你”,就能看到孩子们尝试主动帮助他人,在这个过程中学会同伴交往的必要技能:主动交流、互相帮助。这对于小班的孩子来说,是难得可贵的。


In the game we can find: two children help each other to climb the rope. With a simple “I’ll hold you”, you can see that children try to actively help others, and in the process learn necessary skills of peer interaction: actively communicate and help each other.  This is invaluable for young children.

利用孩子游戏交往的视频,鼓励幼儿可用礼貌的对话,邀请同伴参与游戏。
