春节序曲·过了腊八就是年 | Spring Festival overture·laba is the year

“ 小孩小孩你别馋，过了腊八就是年。”

农历腊月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，培基幼儿园抓住“中国传统节日”开展传统文化教育，让幼儿在腊八节的序幕中感受“年”的味道。

“Children, don’t be greedy. After La ba, Spring Festival is coming!”

The eighth day of the twelfth lunar month is a traditional Chinese festival – Laba Festival. Baston Kindergarten seizes the “Chinese traditional festivals” to carry out traditional cultural education, so that children can feel the taste of “Nian” in the prologue of Laba Festival.

腊八节，俗称“腊八”，在这一天，会喝腊八粥、制作腊八蒜，晒制腊八豆腐………祈求来年的丰收和吉祥。如今，随着生活条件改善，工作节奏加快，年轻一辈的家长们已很少会记得过腊八节，煮腊八粥，更不用说与孩子们一起欢度佳节了。

For Laba Festival, commonly known as Laba, we’ll eat Laba porridge, make Laba garlic, and make Laba tofu… Pray for a bumper harvest and good luck in the coming year. Nowadays, with the improvement of living conditions and the acceleration of the pace of work, parents of the younger generation rarely remember to celebrate Laba Festival, cook Laba porridge, let alone celebrate the festival with children.

每一个“中国节”都是开展文化教育的重要时机，腊八节同样蕴含着丰富的传统文化元素。因其在我国有着很悠久的传统和历史，而我们的孩子对这些习俗和节日不甚了解。所以我们开展“腊八节”这一节日主题教育课程，让孩子从多方面了解腊八节的饮食习惯和文化习俗，在参与活动的过程中，通过听听、说说、吃吃、看看过一个热热闹闹的腊八节，增加他们对中华优秀传统文化热爱的情感。
