氮气是空气中含量最多的气体，占空气体积的78%。液氮又是什么东西、196℃超低温度的液体氮气是什么样子的呢？你吃过现场用液氮做的冰激凌吗？液氮做的冰激凌我们是把液氮吃到肚子里吗？我们的超低温系列实验将要给大家展现超低温度下的液氮，并利用它制造一场“小型风暴”。（液氮冰激凌）需要材料：液氮、牛奶、白砂糖等。
