The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the four traditional festivals in our country. This day not only represents a family reunion, but it is also indispensable for everyone to enjoy the moon and eat moon cakes together. There are many cultural activities and customs at the Mid-Autumn Festival. To let the children understand the traditions and cultural atmosphere of traditional Chinese festivals,Baston Bilingual Kindergarten launched a learning activity themed on the Mid-Autumn Festival.
“老师，中秋节是怎么来的呢?为什么要叫中秋节呀?”活动一开始，孩子们已经热切的带着各种有趣的问题，你一言我一语的讨论起来。老师们借着大家的热情，率先组织了生动有趣的语言活动。《嫦娥奔月》、《玉兔捣药》、《中秋节的由来》……等一个个生动有趣故事，将孩子们带入了古代的中秋节中，在聆听故事的同时，孩子们知晓了中秋节的来历与风俗习惯，对中秋节有了更深一层的理解。另外，老师们还根据幼儿的年龄特点选取了适合幼儿学习的经典古诗哦！让孩子们赏析古诗词之美，并进一步感受中华传统文化的魅力。

随后，小班教师带领小朋友们一起制作月饼，大家坐在一起用超轻粘土揉捏、包馅，一个个款式独特、活灵活现的月饼作品逐渐在小朋友的手中成型。通过这个制作月饼的小活动，幼儿学会了揉、捏、按、压等技巧，体验到了做手工的乐趣。中大班的孩子们则在老师的指导下，学习画漂亮的月饼图案和盘画。这些孩子们的作品完成后，“幼儿作品展”比赛活动热烈开展，教室里一时间充满了欢快浓郁的节日氛围，这个中秋节将快乐与幸福拉伸得久远与漫长……通过这次丰富多彩的“快乐中秋节”活动，每个孩子都充分参与其中，亲身感受浓厚的节日气氛、体验富有特色的节日活动，引导孩子们进一步了解传统节日、热爱中华传统文化、增强身为中国人的爱国情和自豪感。
