处暑
处暑即为出暑,是炎热离开的意思。意味着酷热难熬的三伏已经接近尾声,炎热的暑天即将结束,此时白天热,早晚比较凉,昼夜温差较大。
处暑节气处在短期回热天气(秋老虎)期内,“秋老虎”一般发生在公历8月~9月之间,处暑在日常生活中起到的意义,就是提醒人们暑气渐渐消退,天气由炎热向凉爽过渡,要注意预防“秋燥”。

The summer season is in the short-term regenerative weather (Autumn tiger) period. “Autumn tiger period” generally occurs between August and September in the Gregorian calendar; this period reminds people that the summer heat gradually fades and the weather changes from hot to cool. “离离暑云散,袅袅凉风起。池上秋又来,荷花半成子。”进入处暑节气,炎阳不再炙烤,蝉儿不再鸣叫,盛夏渐行渐远。秋色在天地万物间一点一滴地弥漫,秋意渐浓。其实在处暑的时候我们还有许多的小习俗,让我们一起来瞧一瞧有哪些小习俗~

处暑之后,秋意渐浓,正是人们畅游郊野、迎秋赏景的好时节,民间向来就有“七月八月看巧云”之说,其间就有出游迎秋”之意。
对于沿海渔民来说,处暑以后是渔业收获的时节。
处暑时节,我国两广地区有煲药茶的习俗,人们去药店配制药方然后在家煲药茶。
处暑节气正值农作物收成时刻,农家纷纷举行各种仪式来拜谢土地爷。有的杀牲口到土地庙祭拜,有的把旗幡插到田中央表示感恩,还有的这一天从田里干活回家不洗脚,恐把到手的丰收洗掉。
处暑节气前后的民俗多与祭祖及迎秋有关。处暑前后民间会有庆赞中元的民俗活动, 俗称“作七月半”或“中元节”。

处暑秋梨最养人

在逐渐步人干燥的季节,爽脆多汁,清甜滋润还热量不高的梨最适合不过了。同时它的钾、水分和纤维含量都比较高,有利于促进肠胃蠕动,炖煮还有润肺的功效。但是好吃也不可贪多,根据中国营养协会的水果推荐量(成人:200350g/天),建议大家每日最多食用1颗。

处暑是温度变化的重要节点。所以古人说:“秋初夏末,热气酷甚,不可脱衣裸体,贪取风凉”,又有“七九六十三,夜眠寻被单”的说法。总之呢,处暑之后,或许白天还会有些暑热的感觉,但早晚的温度下降已经很明显了。尤其是“一场秋雨一场寒”,一旦下雨,更是给人秋凉的感觉。所以此时要适时地增加衣物了,尤其是对老人和孩子。
