小满是二十四节气之一,夏季的第二个节气。小满–其含义是夏熟作物的籽粒开始灌浆饱满,但还未成熟,只是小满,还未大满。

Grain Buds is one of the twenty-four solar terms, the second solar term in summer. It means that the seeds from the grain are becoming full but are not riped.

所以农耕也有句谚语:

“小满小满,麦粒渐满。

小满未满,还有危险。

小满小满,还得半月二十天。

小满不满,芒种开镰。

小满天天赶,芒种不容缓。”


小满过后,雨水会多起来,天气闷热潮湿,中医称之为“湿邪”,这时候饮食要注意什么?

01及时适当补充能量

小满时节,万物繁茂,人体的生理活动也处于最旺盛的时期,消耗的营养物质为二十四节气中之最,所以,应及时适当补充,才能使身体五脏六腑不受损伤。


多饮用营养丰富的汤品,既可以补充能量,又可以适应夏季的气候。如:绿豆芽蛤蜊汤、苦瓜木棉花牛肉汤、淮山赤小豆节瓜猪月展汤、荠菜生姜鱼头汤、胡椒粒老鸡猪肚汤、西洋参红枣生鱼汤,千斤拔鸡脚汤等,这些汤品具清热、养阴、祛湿、暖胃、温补等功效。


In Grain Buds season, drinking more nutritious soups can not only replenish energy, but also adapt to the summer climate. Such as: green bean sprouts soup, bitter gourd kapok beef soup, yam red bean soup with zucchini, ginger fish soup, peppercorn chicken or pork soup, American ginseng and red dates raw fish soup, chicken feet soup. 02 饮食调养宜以清爽清淡的素食为主


The diet should be based on refreshing and light vegetarian food

小满后不但天气炎热,雨水也较多,饮食调养宜以清爽清淡的素食为主,常吃具有清利湿热、养阴作用的食物,如赤小豆、薏苡仁、绿豆、冬瓜、黄瓜、黄花菜、水芹、荸荠、黑木耳、胡萝卜、西红柿、西瓜、山药、鲫鱼、草鱼、鸭肉等,忌吃膏粱厚味、甘肥滋腻、生湿助湿的食物,当然也可配合药膳进行调理,还可以常饮些生脉饮以益气生津。


After Grain Buds, the weather is not only hot, but it will be rainy. The diet should be based on refreshing and light vegetarian food. We should eat more food that has the function of clearing damp-heat and nourishing yin, such as red bean, coix seed, green bean, winter melon, cucumber, lily, chestnuts, black fungus, carrots, tomatoes, watermelon, yam, grass carp, duck meat, etc… It is recommended to avoid eating sweet or fat products. You can also drink some Shengmai drink to invigorate qi and promote fluid.

03 苦菜最当令

苦菜营养丰富,含有人体所需要的多种维生素、矿物质、胆碱、糖类、核黄素和甘露醇等,还具有清热、凉血和解毒的功能

医学上多用苦菜来治疗热症。凉拌、做汤、做馅、热炒、煮面,都各具风味。特别适合这个时节食用。

初夏时节,是生发的季节,同时夏天天气闷热潮湿,就为皮肤病发作提供了条件,容易引发风湿症、脚气、湿疹等皮肤病。

这类疾病的预防,饮食上要以收敛为主,不要吃太辛辣、太燥的食物,以清爽清淡的素食为主,常吃具有清热利湿作用的食物。

Early summer is the season for hair growth. At the same time, the hot and humid summer weather provides conditions for the onset of skin diseases, which can easily cause skin diseases such as rheumatism, and eczema.

To prevent this kind of diseases, the diet should be focused on astringency, do not eat too spicy, focus on refreshing and light vegetarian food.

 推荐饮食:

在小满节气里,日长夜短,气温高,人体新陈代谢旺盛,消耗也大,容易疲劳。熬夜则很容易让人产生内热,这样内热、外热交加,很容易引起便秘、口腔溃疡、咽痛等上火症状。

During Grain Buds, the days are long and nights are short, the temperature is high, the body’s metabolism is strong, the consumption is also high, and it is easy to get tired. Staying up late is easy to cause internal heat, so if the internal heat and external heat are mixed; it is easy to cause constipation, oral ulcers, sore throat, and other symptoms of catching a cold.


因此,除了注意饮食以外,还要避免熬夜,保持愉悦的心情,有压力尽快疏导,防止内热产生。

预防腹痛、腹泻等病

进入小满后,气温不断升高,人们往往用冷饮消暑降温,但冷饮过量会导致腹痛、腹泻等病症。特别是小孩及老人更要注意避免过量进食生冷食物。
