教育家叶圣陶先生说过:“教育是什么?往简单方面说,就是养成良好的习惯。”有效的常规培养,不仅能给幼儿提供有序的生活环境、帮助幼儿养成良好的生活习惯,更重要的是锻炼幼儿的生活技能、自律习惯、道德意识、社会性发展的重要途径,对幼儿品格的培养影响深远。
The educator Mr. Ye Shengtao once said: “What is education? In simple terms, it is to develop good habits.” Effective routine training can not only provide children with an orderly living environment and help them develop good living habits. More importantly, it is an important way to exercise children’s life skills, self-discipline habits, moral awareness, and social development, which has a profound impactof children’s character.
为提升教师的班级常规管理能力,促进教师教学实践能力的发展,老师们围绕“幼儿常规建立”进行了充分研讨,得出管理幼儿的常规好方法,那就是——榜样激励法、故事引导法、生活体验欣赏法、行为巩固法。
In order to enhance teachers’ routine management ability in class and promote the development of teachers’ teaching practice ability, teachers have carried out afull discussion about “establishment of children’s routine”, and come up with good routines methods for managing children: model motivation method, story guidance method, life experience appreciation method, behavior consolidation method.

老师在课堂上以歌谣的形式教给孩子们,使其树立正确的意识和观念;在餐后散步中分享相关的绘本;在幼儿园的日常活动中,看到表现好的小朋友时,老师应及时点评并给予表扬。
The teacher uses songs and rounds in the classroom, so that they can establish the correct consciousness; also share relevant picture books during the walk after the meal; in the daily activities it is always good to encourage children and praise them.
常规培养的内容要游戏化

学前儿童具有“认知靠动作、爱模仿、以形象思维为主、常把无生命的物体当做人以及把假象当做现实”的特点,这就要求常规培养必须要游戏化,才能调动幼儿的主动性和积极性。比如,我们的老师为了培养幼儿正确使用小勺独立进餐时,在游戏区中准备了勺子、塑料食物、布娃娃等,吸引幼儿用“喂娃娃”的游戏练习进餐技能。
Pre-school children have the characteristics of “cognition relies on actions, loves to imitate, thinks in images, often treats inanimate objects as human beings, and treats illusions as reality”, which requires that routine training must be game-based in order to mobilize initiative and enthusiasm of children. For example, our teachers prepare spoons, plastic food, rag dolls, etc. in the play area in order to train children to use small spoons to eat independently, to attract children to practice eating skills with the “feeding doll” game.

我们的老师经常把“你能做到……你会……”、“如果你能……我们都会为你感到高兴”等鼓励的语言,让幼儿在班级生活中怀着满腔自信去活动,而不再是忐忑不安。在孩子们越来越频繁地说出“我能”“我会”“我可以”“我需要”等语言时,他们会将自己对规则的直观感受充分表达出来,积极体验他们对规则的需要,他们的规则意识自然会积极地生长。
