花信
春分分为三候：一候玄鸟至；二候雷乃发声；三候始电。
“风有信，花不误，岁岁如此，永不相负。”每候都有某种花卉绽蕾开放，带来开花音讯的风候。春分三候对应的花信是：一候海棠、二候梨花、三候木兰。

习俗
吃春菜
“春菜”，一种野苋菜，也被称为”春碧蒿”，与鱼片”滚汤”，名”春汤”。”春汤灌脏，洗涤肝肠。阖家老少，平安健康。”
“Spring Vegetables” like wild amaranth are known as “spring soup”. The whole family is healthy and safe.
送春牛
春分还有一个习俗是，挨家送春牛图。春牛图是把二开红纸或黄纸印上全年的农历节气，再加上农夫耕田图样。
There is another custom – send the spring cattle map. The spring ox diagram is two red or yellow paper printed on the whole year’s lunar solar term, plus farmers doing their activities.
竖蛋
“春分到，蛋儿俏。”选择一个光滑匀称、刚生下四五天的新鲜鸡蛋，轻手轻脚地在桌子上把它竖起来。春分，是玩竖蛋游戏的最佳时光。
“Spring Equinox is coming, it’s time to play egg games.” Choose a smooth, well-proportioned fresh egg, gently put it on the table and let it stand vertically. Vernal Equinox, is the best time to play vertical egg game.
春祭
二月春分，开始扫墓祭祖，也叫春祭。
The Spring Equinox in February, the beginning of the tomb worship.
