惊蛰到 万物生丨Shocked, everything is born

惊蛰到了，万物复苏正式开始啦！

The shock has arrived, and the recovery of everything has officially begun!

惊蛰，又名“启蛰”，是二十四节气中的第三个节气。斗指丁，太阳到达黄经345°，于公历3月5－6日交节。惊蛰的意思是天气回暖，春雷始鸣，惊醒蛰伏于地下越冬的蛇虫鼠蚁。

Jingzhe, also known as “Qizhe”, is the third solar term in the twenty-four solar terms. With the bucket fingers, the sun reaches 345° of the yellow longitude, and it is the festival on March 5-6 of the Gregorian calendar. Jingzhe means that the weather is getting warmer, and the thunder of spring starts to awaken the snakes, insects, rats and ants that are dormant in the ground for overwintering.

“惊蛰”素有“惊蛰吃梨”的习俗。惊蛰吃梨源于何时，无迹可寻。惊蛰后气温明显升高，人们容易口干舌燥、外感咳嗽。而梨子性寒味甘，有润肺止咳、滋阴清热的功效。

“Jingzhe” is known as the custom of “Jingzhe eat pears”. Where did the startling pears come from, there is no trace. The temperature rises significantly after startle sting, and people are prone to dry mouth and cough. The pear is cold in nature and sweet in taste, has the effects of moistening the lungs and relieving cough, nourishing yin and clearing heat.

古时惊蛰当日，人们会手持清香、艾草，熏家中四角，以香味驱赶蛇、虫、蚊、鼠和霉味。据说，久而久之，渐渐演变成不顺心者拍打对头人和驱赶霉运的习惯，亦即“打小人”的前身。

In ancient times, on the day of the sting, people would hold the fresh fragrance and wormwood to smoke the four corners of the home, and use the fragrance to drive away snakes, insects, mosquitoes, rats and musty smells. It is said that, over the time, it gradually evolved into the habit of slapped opponents and chased away bad luck, which is the predecessor of “beating villains”.

 惊蛰是耕种的好时节，我国各地随着气温回升、日照增加，由南向北渐次进入春耕时节。

陌上杨柳方竞春，塘中鲫鲥早成荫。

忽闻天公霹雳声，禽兽虫豸倒乾坤。

Jingzhe is a good time for farming. As the temperature rises and sunshine increases, all parts of the country gradually enter into the spring plowing season from south to north.
