冬季为人体养精蓄锐的最佳时段。疫情防控万万不可存在侥幸心理,疫情常态化期间,为了切断传染源、阻断病毒传播途径,最大程度减少人员流动,我们尽量减少出行并做好防护。同时,戴好口罩不聚集,保护自己亦为他人着想,勤洗手勤通风。

幼儿的饮食安排上,注意肉、鱼、蛋类摄入。这类食物营养密度高,是儿童摄入足量优质蛋白质和微量营养素的保障,有助于儿童免疫系统发育成熟和发挥功能。

奶类是儿童膳食的重要组成部分,富含优质蛋白、钙、维生素A等,幼儿应保持充足的奶量。2~4岁的孩子,应保持每天350~500毫升的奶量。

对于幼儿,需每天适量进食蔬菜和水果,蔬菜优先选择青菜、菠菜、西兰花、西红柿等。如果孩子吃蔬菜少,可以适量增加水果摄入,例如草莓、苹果,梨,火龙果、橘子、哈密瓜、香蕉等。可以在两餐之间,把水果洗干净,放到孩子容易拿到地方,方便孩子进食。 大班幼儿处于换牙期间,水果不宜切的过小,让孩子能够做到自己吃,保持牙齿的充分利用。
