此时，万物有了更迷人的颜色，在这美好的金秋时节，果实饱满，此刻，秋色宜人，硕果累累。

识秋分
Know the Autumnal Equinox
“秋分”的意思有二：
一是按我国古代以立春、立夏、立秋、立冬为四季开始划分四季，秋分日居于秋季90天之中，平分了秋季。
二是此时一天24小时昼夜均分，各12小时。此日同“春分”日一样，“秋分”日，阳光几乎直射赤道，此日后，阳光直射位置南移，北半球昼短夜长。
“Autumn Equinox” marks the beginning of Autumn. On this day, the Sun reaches the celestial longitude of 180 degrees, and it falls directly on the earth, so the day and the night are in equal length.

在每年的秋分那一天，世界各地都会有数以千万计的人在做
“竖蛋”游戏，选择一个光滑匀称、刚生下四五天的新鲜鸡蛋，
轻手轻脚地在把它竖起来。

放风筝
此时正是秋高气爽，历来是放风筝的好时光，秋分期间还是孩子们放风筝的好时候。好天气的日子，可以带领幼儿多去空旷的场地放风筝。

Understand Autumn
立秋之后，秋风秋雨渐多，天气由热转凉。由于昼夜之间温差增大，也是人们发病较多的时节。常见的有支气管炎、哮喘病复发，肠胃疾患增多、“热伤风”等。因此，在秋季应注意保健，做到防病于未然。让孩子多喝热水，注意锻炼身体，增强体质，别给孩子吃太多的糖，保暖防寒，多吃蔬菜，也应适当增减衣服，以防受凉而致病。
After the beginning of autumn, there is more windy and rainy days , the weather changes from hot to cool. The temperature difference between day and night increases, it is also the season when people have more diseases: bronchitis, asthma recurrence, gastrointestinal diseases. Therefore, in autumn we should pay attention to our health. Let children drink plenty of hot water, exercise their bodies, strengthen their physique, children should not eat too much sweets, eat more vegetables, wear appropriate clothes to prevent cold and illness.
秋分时节，风不燥，阳光也正好；
我们喜悦秋天的瓜熟果落豆荚满；
我们热爱秋日的凉风习习云卷云舒；
在秋分—中国农民丰收节里，
我们也感恩在春天种下一粒粟，辛勤耕耘，
秋日收获万颗子的农民伯伯。
