2020年9月20日是第32个“全国爱牙日”。今年“全国爱牙日”宣传主题是“口腔健康全身健康”，培基幼儿园也开展了相关的系列活动。

Fairy：我的牙齿有洞了，后面有了新的牙齿，所以它就掉了。

Harper：牙齿上面有鼓包，要长牙了，然后就拔掉了。后面的牙齿是被虫子堵住了，然后安装了新的牙齿。
Harper：The tooth has a bulge on it. It’s about to grow, and then it’s taken out. The back tooth was blocked by worms and new tooth was installed.
Kevin：如果不换牙齿，难道要等着虫子把我吃掉吗？
Kevin：If I don’t change my tooth, will the worm eat it?
Chris：周五的下午，我活动活动我的牙齿，牙齿就掉了，现在还不知道掉在了哪里。
Chris：On Friday afternoon, I moved my tooth, it fell out, now I don’t know where it fell.
Lucas：以前我在幼儿园上中班的时候就掉牙齿了，在跟小朋友玩积木的时候掉了。
Lucas：When I was in Middle class I lost my tooth while I was playing blocks.
第一次去拔牙，有人恐惧，有人很勇敢。
第一次掉牙，有点惊喜，也有点担心，
但这就是成长的标志，每一次的经历都是成长。

看牙一点都不恐怖，小朋友们也都会很勇敢，我们分享了《小熊看牙》《没有牙齿的大老虎》的故事，到底发生了什么样有趣的事情呢。

牙齿天使和保健医进入班级，更详细的给所有的孩子们讲解如何保护牙齿，让孩子们进行操作，更直观的认识到保护牙齿的重要性。

刷牙时间及方法：一般需要三分钟，对于刚接触刷牙的幼儿，引导幼儿以画圈式方法刷牙。
Brushing time and method: It generally takes three minutes. Guide children to brush their teeth in a circle.
漱口水温：尽量使用温水刷牙，不要用凉水刷牙。
Gargle the water temperature: Brush your teeth with warm water instead of cold water.
刷牙频次：至少早晚各刷一次，早晨起床后，晚上睡觉前，晚上刷牙后不要吃东西，（特别是有吃夜奶习惯的幼儿，避免夜奶）,大班幼儿刷牙后建议用儿童牙线再彻底检查一下牙齿，防止牙缝里面藏有未刷到的食物残渣。
Brushing frequency: brush at least once in the morning and in the evening, after getting up in the morning, before going to bed in the evening, do not eat after brushing, (especially avoid night milk), Basic class children after brushing their teeth suggested to use children’s dental floss and thoroughly check the teeth.
牙刷更换：牙刷尽量一个月换一次（牙刷头），最长不要超过3个月，牙膏也要经常换不同的品牌和类型（幼儿含氟牙膏）。
Toothbrush replacement: The toothbrush should be changed once a month (toothbrush head), no more than 3 months at most, and the toothpaste should be changed with different brands and types.
建议：半年去口腔医院检查牙齿，一年一次涂氟。
Suggestion: Go to the hospital for dental check-up at least once in half a year, and apply fluoride once a year.
“爱牙”不应局限于幼儿园的活动中，更需要融合到孩子们的日常生活中，老师、家长朋友们，让我们一起行动起来，为“保卫”宝宝们的牙齿努力吧。
“Teeth care” need to be integrated into the children’s daily life, teachers, parents and friends, let us together protect our children’s teeth.
