幼儿体内含水量占体重的70%—75%,正常儿童每天饮水量随年龄不同而异,一般5—10杯(1000—2000毫升)。小儿的新陈代谢旺盛,需水量相对多些,加上小儿活动量大,体表面积相对大,水分蒸发多,所以需要及时增加水的供给量。婴幼儿水分来源主要依靠摄取饮用水,需100—150Ml/公斤体重/天。随着年龄增长,水需要量相对减少。

据观察,若失水不及体重的5%,患儿常不出现症状。临床上,判断脱水程度主要指标有:体重迅速减轻:患儿体液丢失占体重5%以上考虑脱水存在,此时为轻度脱水。

少尿:尿量减少程度与脱水严重程度成正比。

眼窝凹陷:孩子双眼窝凹陷时提示已有轻中度脱水。

补水最好用白开水

目前市场上小儿饮用水品种繁多,如白开水、纯净水、矿泉水、各种饮料等。事实上,从健康的角度来看,白开水是最好的饮料,它不含卡路里。煮沸后自然冷却的凉开水最容易透过细胞膜促进新陈代谢,增加血液中血红蛋白含量,不用消化就能为直接吸收利用。纯净的白开水最解渴,有调节体温、输送养分及清洁身体内部的功能,能增强机体免疫功能,提高人体抗病能力。

补水量由尿色来定

 1—3岁幼儿每天每公斤体重30—40毫升水,炎热季节略多,寒冷季节略少些。也可根据孩子尿色来判断,正常尿液为淡黄色,如果颜色太浅,则可能是水喝的太多;如果颜色偏深黄,则表示需要多补充一些水了。建议给孩子喝30℃以下的温开水最好,这样不会过于刺激胃肠道的蠕动,不易造成血管收缩。像橙汁、可乐等含糖饮料口感虽好,但不宜多喝,每天摄入量应控制在一杯左右,最多不超过200毫升。

早晚补水最好

清晨起床饮一杯温热的白开水,对人体的生理机理具有很重要的调理作用;晚上睡觉前喝一杯水,这对孩子健康十分有益。喝水时间应在两顿饭中间适量饮用,最好隔1—2小时喝一杯。不要让孩子喝水太快,喝水太急会无形中把很多空气一起吞咽下去,容易引起孩子打嗝或是腹胀,尤其是肠胃虚弱的孩子。
