如果家里人不经常出门那么其实并不需要天天精细地消毒，应该花更多精力在个人卫生，如勤洗手、多通风上面。如果已经开启了天天出门上班的模式，教您以下方法：

如果我们没有佩戴口罩去人群密集的地方，没有沾湿、污染、破损，则口罩时可以适当重复利用的。没必要特别去消毒将脱下的口罩挂在干燥、通风的位置或者装进干净的一次性纸袋中。直到下一次佩戴前取出。

此类我们手经常接触，体积又不太大的物品或电子产品。适合用刺激性较小的医用酒精来消毒。

建议方案：

用酒精棉片，或棉球蘸取少量酒精，稍微拧干后对这些物品表面进行擦拭，并放置自然风干。

This kind of objects or electronic products that our hands often touch and are not too large. It is suitable for disinfection with less irritating medical alcohol.

Process:

Take a small amount of alcohol with a cotton swab or cotton ball, wring it out slightly, wipe the surface of these items, and let it dry naturally.

这类面积比较大的表面，不宜用酒精。

建议方案：

主要以稀释后的84消毒液进行擦拭消毒。记得擦拭之后通风等待15～30分钟，可再用清水擦一遍。

This kind of surface with a relatively large area should not be disinfected with alcohol.

Process:

The diluted 84 disinfectant solution is mainly used for wipe disinfection. Remember to wait for 15-30 minutes after wiping, and then wipe it again with clean water.

此类衣物和床上用品我们只在室内使用，被污染的机会不大，所以正常清洗即可。

建议方案：

正常清洗后，如果不放心可以用沸水将其浸泡30分钟后再正常清洗。

建议方案：

快递消毒：快递拿回家后可用医用酒精擦拭消毒后再拆包装。箱内的货物也建议用医用酒精擦拭消毒再使用。

外卖消毒：外卖的包装可用医用酒精擦拭消毒，而食物只要经过高温加热做熟的热菜，几乎没可能携带病毒。

建议方案：

马桶：可以使用稀释后的84消毒也对马桶便圈进行擦拭消毒，并在等待15～30分钟后用清水再擦一次。

下水道：可以往下水道地漏和马桶里定期倒入少量84消毒剂，或者含氯消毒泡腾片进行消毒，地漏还可以盖上地漏盖。
