4.要三餐适度,不要不吃或少吃早餐或午餐,多吃晚餐。
5.要吃清淡饮食,不要嗜好油炸食品、糖果冰淇淋及含糖饮料等高能量食品。
6.要选择适合自己体质的食物,不要单凭口味挑选食物。
7.要文明用餐,不要在用餐时看电视、看书、玩耍或大声交谈。
