1:备好牙杯、儿童专用牙刷、儿童专用牙膏。

2:接点水、牙刷上挤黄豆大小的牙膏。

3:唅口水把口中的脏东西漱掉吐出。

4:开始刷牙

1）前上牙由上至下顺牙缝刷、前下牙从下至上顺牙缝刷，反复进行刷。

2）牙齿咬齐牙刷转圈反复刷，左侧刷完右侧刷。

3）张开咀刷刷咬合面，左上侧、右上侧、左下侧、右下侧。

4）用牙杯里的清水唅在咀里鼓腮漱口，至少3次，把咀里的牙膏漱干净。

5）最后把牙刷、牙杯洗净备下次使用。

1: Prepare the tooth cup, children’s special toothbrush, children’s special toothpaste.

3: Spit the saliva.

4：Begin brushing

1) The front upper teeth are brushed between teeth from top to bottom, and the front lower teeth are brushed between teeth from bottom to top. Repeat several times.

2) Keep  your teeth together and brush them with the toothbrush making a circle from the left to the right. Repeat it several times.

3) open the mouth and brush the occlusal surface, left upper side, right upper side, left lower side and right lower side.

4) Use the water in the tooth cup to rinse the mouth at least 3 times to clean it from the toothpaste

5) Finally, wash the toothbrush and cup for the next use.
