如何正确的佩戴和摘取口罩
How to wear and remove masks properly
首先呢，我们先认识下口罩，分清外侧里侧还有佩戴时上下的区分，戴金属条的就是上方，不佩戴的则是下方。
戴口罩前先洗手，戴好口罩后要确保口罩里侧与脸颊，鼻子，下颌都是贴近的，不可以有空隙。
摘取口罩前，洗干净手，然后双手只能触碰绳带，严禁触碰口罩里侧外侧平面。
使用完的口罩放在袋子里然后再扔进垃圾桶，避免造成二次污染。
First of all, let’s first recognize the lower part of the mask, distinguish between the inside and the outside parts, and the upper and lower sections. The metal strips are above, and the are without the metal strips is the bottom part.
Wash your hands before putting the mask on.After putting it on, make sure that the inside of the mask is close to your cheeks, nose, and jaw. There must be no gaps.
Before removing the mask, wash your hands, and then touch only the strap with your hands. It is strictly forbidden to touch the outer surface of the inside of the mask.
Put the used mask in a bag and throw it into the trash to avoid secondary contamination.
