Why not encourage your child to practice brushing their teeth with a doll or similar toy while using this song?

您可以鼓励孩子在使用洋娃娃或者类似玩具练习刷牙时，哼唱这首歌曲。

? A few WHITE hard boiled eggs

(make sure they are cooled and not cracked)；
? A cup for each egg 

(clear is best)；
? A few different liquids

(water, milk, and cola are best, but you can also try juice or sparkling water)；
? A toothbrush；
? Toothpaste。

1.Start by putting one egg in each cup, and pouring one of the liquids in. You should pour enough liquid in to cover the egg.

2.Ask your child what they think will happen to each egg. You can write down their prediction and they can draw a picture to go with it!

3.Leave the eggs in the cups overnight. The next day,you can remind your child of their prediction and look at the eggs to see if they are correct!

4.You will see that some of the egg shells are affected from the liquid they have been sitting in. You can ask your child: “If your teeth looked like this, what would you do to clean them?” Then, they can use the toothbrush and toothpaste to clean the eggs just like they would clean their teeth! Be careful not to let the eggs fall on the floor.

Take before and after photos with your phone to compare what the egg shell looks like after sitting in different beverages. Based on the results of the experiment, ask your child what beverages they think are best for your teeth.

?  2/3 cup of baking soda;

? 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt (optional);
? 1-2 teaspoons peppermint or orange essential oil (make sure it’s an edible oil) ;

? Filtered water;

?Glass jar with lid;
? Spoon.

1.Measure out baking soda into a glass container.
2.Mix together baking soda, salt and your chosen essential oil.
3.Add water a little at a time while stirring, until you achieve the desired consistency. It should be a thick paste. If your toothpaste is too watery, add more baking soda.

Make sure you take the same hygiene precautions you would use when preparing food. Store your toothpaste in a glass container so it will last longer.
