在阳光灿烂我们知道教育和学习是个终生的教育过程。我们对每一位员工进行持续的教育和培训，这对于给到您的孩子接受更好的教育是很重要。
我们将在4月1日星期五举办教师培训日，我们的主题包括：鼓励孩子独立、正向建立秩序和积极的沟通以及蒙特梭利的教学核心理念。

感谢您的支持，我们也将继续学习和提高我们团队的专业素养，在此也特别感谢我们的培训老师：Alicia, Kirsi, Melissa, Renee, Shanaaz and Sonia.

Here at Sunshine Home we know that education and learning is a lifelong process. Ongoing education for everyone on staff is an important part of efforts to give your children the best possible education.

We will have a Teacher Training Day on Friday, April 1. Our topics will include encouraging independence, positive discipline and positive communication as well as the core principles of the Montessori method.
