我们很喜欢教这些年纪最小的宝宝们，因为他们的迅速成长以及逐渐成熟每天都让人欣然惊喜。儿童是从环境中去学习的天生学习者，我们的教学理念正是基于此而建立的。
我们认为我们自己与孩子们都是老师。同等重要的是，玛丽亚蒙特梭利把设计良好的环境称为“第三个老师”，所以我们格外注重教室的设计、维修和教具配备。
设计课堂教学时，我们始终记得儿童从出生时就开始进行语言学习，这是作为儿童的一个核心部分。我们创建一个丰富的双语环境为孩子表达自我而做准备。
我们也给孩子们机会去互相学习。平行游戏让孩子们能够互相模仿，并用简单的声音和肢体语言去沟通，有助于发展他们的社交技能。
儿童的好奇心与日俱增，所以我们为他们提供了各种活动去进行探索：涂鸦，唱歌，跳舞，讲故事，手工和角色扮演。我们给予孩子们拓宽视野的方法与机会。帮助孩子们从有趣并具有教育意义的游戏、教具和活动中发展认知和满足对知识的渴望是我们一直以来的驱动力。
We love teaching our youngest studentsbecause their rapid growth and evolving maturity is a pleasant surprise everyday. Our teaching philosophy is built on the fact that children are naturallearners from their environment.
We think of ourselves and our students asteachers. Equally importantly, Maria Montessori calls a well-designedenvironment “the third teacher,” so we spend extra care on the design,maintenance and materials of the classroom.
When we plan our classes, we alwaysremember that young children are learning language from the time they are born,it’s a core part of being a child. We create a rich bilingual environment toprepare children to express themselves.
We also give children the chance to learnfrom each other. Parallel play enables children to imitate each other andcommunicate with simple sounds and body languages, which helps them to buildsocial skills.
Children’s curiosity increases with eachpassing day, so we offer many activities for them to explore: painting,singing, dancing, storytelling, handicrafts and role-play. We give them thetools and opportunities to expand their horizons. We are driven by the desireto help our students develop their awareness and satisfy their thirst for knowledgethrough fun and educational games, materials and activities.
