白露是二十四节气中的第十五个,
秋天的第三个节气。
此时天高云淡,气爽风凉,
能够感受到凉爽清秋徐徐而来,
正可谓是一年之中最舒服的时节。

天气逐渐转凉,最先有感而动的是各种动物。需要冬眠的动物开始收集食物,而候鸟们也开始它们的迁徙之旅。最著名的就是燕子和大雁,因为它们春去秋来,从不失信,所以被认为是季节到来的报信官。历经一两个月,它们才会落下在南方定居,安然度过冬天,等待来年春天的启程。

福建福州有个传统习俗叫“白露必吃龙眼”。民间的意思是,在白露这一天吃龙眼有大补身体的奇效。因为龙眼本身就有益气补脾、养血安神、润肤美容等多种功效,还可以治疗贫血、失眠、神经衰弱等多种疾病。
There is a traditional custom in Fuzhou, Fujian Province called “White Dew must eat longan”. People have always believed that eating longan on this day has a miraculous effect of Tonifying the body. Because longan itself has many effects such as nourishing qi and spleen, nourishing blood and calming nerves, moisturizing and beautifying skin, and can also treat anemia, insomnia, neurasthenia and other diseases.
吃番薯·Eat sweet potatoes
民间认为白露吃番薯可使饭后不会发胃酸,中医学认为,红薯味甘性平,补脾益气。《本草纲目》记载,红薯有“补虚乏、益气力、健胃、强肾阴的功效”,使人“长寿少疾”。故旧时农家在白露节以吃番薯为习。
Folks believe that eating sweet potatoes during White Dew will not cause stomach acid after meals. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that sweet potatoes can tonify the body. According to “Compendium of Materia Medica”, sweet potato has the functions of “Tonify deficiency, invigorating energy, strengthening stomach and strengthening kidney yin”, making people “longevity and less disease”. Therefore, in the old days, farmers used to eat sweet potatoes on the White Dew Festival.
到了白露,就宜“食白”。在浙江温州、苍南、平阳等地区,人们使用名字中带有“白”的草药,配上一只鸡或鸭,熬出一锅美味的鸡汤药膳。这十个药材是:白芍、白芨、白术、白扁豆、白莲子、白茅根、白山药、百合、白茯苓和白晒参。当然,作为主食材的鸡也得是白毛鸡,才能叫做“食白”。“食白”不仅是名字上要有白,重要的是秋干气燥,人们容易感到上火、口干。这时候来一碗十样白汤可以达到滋补身体、祛除风气的效用。

露水四季皆有,但秋天特别多。这是因为露水需在大气较稳定,风小,天空晴朗少云,地面热量散失快的天气条件下才能形成。如果夜间天空有云,或夜间风较大,露水就很难形成,在4-5点的时候,也就是太阳快升起来的时候适合收集露水,深秋雾重的时候时间会延长一些。
家长们可以与幼儿一起拿上小吸管、小瓶子,穿上长袖长裤,去小区花草丛中、公园里收集露水,感受自然的奇妙与探索的乐趣。
