所有的材料来自于大三学生实习后的一次作业。之前就布置过一次作业,如何在一个小时之内辨别一个幼儿园质量的好坏,实习前学生们写的多少有点浮于表面,实习过后,再次让大家做同样一个作业,学生写的非常让我惊喜,有很多角度刁钻并莫名有效。观察实际应该抓住关键细节,目标设定应该可被观察。看了学生的作业以后,发现虽然在个别操作化上有一点点问题,但是总体来说真的非常生动有意义,所以决定总结并推送出来。
一、外部条件:
1.厕所是否干净卫生/是否男女分厕;
2.幼儿园是否有阳光充足的大操场;
(老师评语:这一条略微苛刻了,还有啥叫阳光充足呀,或许郁郁葱葱的操场也不错。)
3.植物角动植物的生长状态,是否缺水、枯萎;
4.幼儿是否参与幼儿园环境创设;
5.幼儿园是否有单独的种植区和饲养区;
(老师评语:乡村幼儿园这一条可以去掉吧)
6.幼儿园是否有丰富的户外活动配套设施;
(老师评语:结合国家政策,操作化什么叫丰富呀?)

二、师生关系:
8.幼儿被批评后对老师的态度,会不会对教师感到害怕;
9.幼儿在游戏时规则由幼儿制定还是教师制定;
(老师评语:或许还可以共同制定?还有规则如何调整?)
10.幼儿来园时教师是否会蹲下与幼儿打招呼,是否会和幼儿聊一聊幼儿在家里的经历;11.离园前30分钟教师是否还与幼儿保持互动,还是幼儿独自活动;
(教师评语:离园前的30分钟特别反映教育质量)
