在孩子的眼中,幼儿园教师是舞蹈家、绘画师、钢琴家、设计师、警察……老师们在每天的忙碌工作中扮演者各种不同角色,竭尽所能让我们的孩子们学会更多知识本领,健康快乐成长。作为一名教师,不断提高自己的专业技能水平、个人综合素质、教育实践能力都显得尤为重要。奔着这个目标,培基幼儿园技能技巧大赛于7月29日拉开帷幕!
此次技能技巧大赛考核共分为“技能、笔试、面试”三部分内容,本着“公开、公平、公正”的原则,全体参赛教师踊跃参与,经过两个星期的精心准备,将自己专业的知识素养、丰富的理论储备、广博的教学经验以及冷静的作答态度在赛场上发挥的淋漓尽致。
The skills competition is divided into“Skills, written examination, interview” three parts, in line with the“Open, fair and just” principle, all participating teachers actively participate, after two weeks of careful preparation, will their professional knowledge, rich theoretical reserves, extensive teaching experience and a calm attitude in the arena to play incisively and vividly.
比赛的第一个项目是自制教具,老师们利用园内收集的废旧物品,经过巧妙构思、精心制作,将生活中常见的材料变废为宝,制作出一件件新颖独特、玩法多样、美观实用且符合自己班级幼儿的年龄特点的教具,并且用生动的语言讲解本次制作的教具玩法和其中蕴含的教育意义。

第二个项目是舞蹈考核,老师们纷纷登台展示自己的优美舞姿,只见有的活泼可爱、有的充满激情类,有的温婉秀美……在老师们精心演绎下,整场舞蹈考核精彩纷呈,高潮跌起,博得在场评委和观众的阵阵掌声。

随着舞蹈考核落下帷幕,讲故事比赛开始,老师们用抑扬顿挫的语言、丰富的感情、生动的肢体动作,把故事演绎的绘声绘色,一言一行、一举一动都充分展现出我园教师别样的语言魅力。

此外,比赛增设了乐器展示环节,可爱又有才华的老师们用不同乐器演奏出动人的乐曲,让现场的观众一起陶醉在音乐的世界里,尽显幼儿教师的青春活力和积极向上的精神面貌。

比赛还加入了面试环节,评委老师分别从职业认知、心理素质、交流沟通、仪表仪态、思维品质、了解幼儿等六个方面对教师进行现场提问,老师们能够清晰地思考并且分析问题,准确地表达自己对幼儿教师这个职业的认知。
The competition also included an interview, in which the judges asked the teachers on-site questions from six aspects: professional cognition, psychological quality, communication, appearance and posture, thinking quality, and understanding of children, teachers are able to think clearly and analyze problems, accurately express their awareness of the occupation of kindergarten teachers.
一颗慧心调美味,两只巧手做佳肴。最后一个比赛项目是厨师大赛,各园的大厨和面点师傅各显身手,亮出绝招,焯、煮、炒,毫不含糊,力求精致完美地烹饪出适合幼儿食用的营养菜肴,让现场评委赞不绝口。
A heart of wisdom to make delicious, two hands do delicacies. The final event is the chef’s competition, in which chefs and pastry chefs from all over the world show off their unique skills in blanching, boiling and stir-frying, with an unambiguous aim of producing exquisite and perfect nutritious dishes suitable for young children, let the scene judges praise.
学无先后,达者为先。本次活动,不仅为我园教职工搭建了一个展示自我风采的平台,同时也给大家营造了一个相互学习、相互交流、相互促进的良好氛围。对于我们培基幼儿园的每一名教职工而言,只有教师以自己的能力铺下坚实有力的基石,才能更好地服务于教学、服务于孩子,我们要以此次技能比赛为契机,将基本功抓实抓牢,增强服务意识和责任意识,勤练兵、重实操、强提升,互相促进,相互交流,共同成长,成为一名更专业、更向上、更有活力的幼儿教师。
