所谓立秋，“立”是开始之意，“秋”，意为禾谷成熟。立秋，是二十四节气中的第13个节气，也是秋天的第一个节气，立秋时节，气温由最热逐渐下降，正如谚语所说：“立秋之日凉风至”，“早上立了秋，晚上凉嗖嗖”，当晚风渐渐拂去燥热，当蝉鸣也开始时断时续，当梧桐叶悄然换了颜色，都是大自然在告诉我们“秋天就要来了”。
