过了大暑便是秋,不知不觉秋天的第一个节气——立秋到来了。立秋并不代表酷热天气就此结束,而且还在暑热时段,尚未出暑,但在自然界,万物已开始从繁茂成长趋向萧瑟成熟。

立秋,是二十四节气中第13个节气,秋季的第一个节气。是由阳盛逐渐转变为阴盛的转折。过了立秋,梧桐树开始落叶,因此有“一叶知秋”的成语。“秋”字由“禾”与“火”组成,预示着稻谷的成熟,而立秋的到来正像一把火,为我们的装点了许多金黄。

晒秋是指在秋季丰收时节,晾晒丰收的农作物和果实的行为。

在立秋之日啃西瓜,意用西瓜“啃”去余下暑气,“啃”下“秋老虎”,迎接凉爽的秋季。

秋风一起,胃口大开,想吃点好的,增加一点营养,补偿夏天的损失,补的办法就是“贴秋膘”:在立秋这天各种各样的肉,炖肉烤肉红烧肉等等,“以肉贴膘”
