在一片愉悦的气氛中，“培基教育”汕头分园——培懿双语幼儿园正式开园！
It was sunny on August 8th and the weather was beautiful. In a pleasant atmosphere, Baston Bilingual Kindergarten Shantou Branch officially opened!
培懿双语幼儿园是北京培基教育科技有限公司首次在潮汕地区开设的双语幼儿园，以“尊重、成功、快乐”的教育理念，让孩子在快乐中探索、在探索中学习，在学习中成长。
“培懿”早教、早托、幼稚园、幼小衔接一站式教育，旨在为孩子们“奠基未来”，培养更多有生命力、创造力和人格魅力的世界公民。
“Baston?Virtue garden” is the first kindergarten in Chaoshan with Baston Education.
Baston Education philosophy is “respect, success and joy”. Let the children make exploration in the joy, study in the exploration, and grow up in study. “Virtue Garden” early education, early care, kindergarten, young one-stop education was designed for the highest development of it’s children. It develops world citizens of vitality, creativity and personality.

Lifting the national flag, playing the national anthem and paying special attention to the ceremony. As we look on in awe at the flag waving in the wind, “Baston Virtue Garden” members are full of mission, after the flag rises, together we sing “teacher declaration”!
香槟和礼花的一声声”迸发”，预示着我们的梦想随之一起飞向远方….
Champagne and fireworks indicates that our dreams will fly together in the distance…
一起唱着歌，我们乘风破浪、勇往直前，到达无人岛。让我们切蛋糕庆祝培懿双语幼儿园的生辰！
Singing songs together, we ride the wind and waves, go forward and reach the uninhabited island. Let’s cut the cake and celebrate the birth of the “Baston Virtue Garden” !
团建游戏开始啦，大家相互信任、团结合作，在开心的时刻，更加拉近了同事之间的凝聚力。所有成员一起干杯庆祝，让我们厚积薄发、扬帆起航！
The group building game started, everyone trusted each other, united and cooperated, and at a happy moment, it brought closer the cohesiveness among colleagues. All the members cheered together, let us build up and sail!
自古以来，茶就是中国人最主要的饮品之一，而这种对茶的喜爱之度在汕头体现的尤为突出。在汕头，人们把茶叶称为茶米，可见茶作为一种饮品，在汕头人心中已成为饮食起居不可或缺的食粮。汕头人爱喝茶，所以培基每一位成员都喝到了最正宗的茶，并一起学习“茶”文化。
Taste tea culture with unique taste: Since ancient times, tea has been one of the most important drinks of Chinese people, and this kind of love for tea is particularly prominent in Shantou. In Shantou, people call tea ‘tea rice’. It can be seen that tea, as a kind of drink, has become an indispensable food for Shantou people. Shantou people love to drink tea, so every member of Baston has tasted the most authentic tea and studied the “tea” culture together.
感受了“茶”的魅力，大家一起来到潮州感受广济桥的独特。广济桥位于潮州市东门外，古为沟通韩江两岸的重要桥梁，为中国乃至世界上第一座启闭式浮桥。
Guangji Bridge is one if four ancient bridges in China: Feel the charm of “tea”. Everyone comes to Chaozhou to feel the uniqueness of Guangji Bridge. Guangji Bridge is located outside the east gate of Chaozhou City. It is an important bridge connecting the two sides of the Han River. It is the first open-closed pontoon in China and the whole world.
我们心中都有一个蔚蓝色的梦。在北山湾，一望无际的海洋边，老师们各种拍拍拍，美美的大片儿就这样新鲜出炉了。
We all have a blue dream in our hearts. In Beishan Bay, it feels like an endless ocean. The teachers took many beautiful photographs.
最后一站，我们来到了宁馨儿幼儿园，参观了园所环境，园长亲切地为我们介绍了园所文化、创新理念等。让我们互相学习，互相成长！
At the last stop, we came to this Kindergarten and visited the Kindergarten environment. The director introduced us to the garden culture and innovative ideas. Let us learn from each other and grow up with each other!
团队就像是一个凸透镜，把分散的力量集中到一点；它也是扩音器，把微呤变成呐喊，影响到更远的地方。
培基不仅是一个有凝聚力的团队，还是一个充满爱的大家庭！大家一起肩并肩在幼儿教师这条道路上前行。
The team is like a convex lens, which concentrates the scattered power to a point; it is also a loudspeaker, turning the micro-squeak into a shout that affects farther. Baston is not only a cohesive team, but also a big family full of love! Everyone walked side by side on the road of preschool teachers.
通过此次的团建，增强员工团体凝聚力和整体向心力，树立员工之间的积极沟通、相互信任、团结合作意识，增加职工的责任感。让我们成为更棒的团队：一艘船，一家人，一个方向，一起前进!
Through this group , the team cohesion and overall force of employees will be enhanced through active communication, mutual trust and unity through cooperation.
