
每年到了流感的高发季节,家长和幼儿园都特别紧张。幼儿免疫力和抗病能力低,特别容易被传染,那么该如何预防流感呢?
Parents and kindergartens get particularly nervous every year during high season for the flu. Young children are particularly vulnerable to infection. Thank you for noting the following prevention tips and working together with us to prevent outbreaks.
1918年西班牙大流感、2009甲型H1N1流感全球流行、2013年H7N9暴发疫情。我国的流感发病率从2005年的3.51%已经上升到2015年的14.37%,同时死亡率也逐年攀升。2013年北京每10万人中有603人死亡。
The Spanish pandemic in 1918, the global pandemic of H1N1 in 2009, and the H7N9 outbreak in 2013: incidence of influenza in China rose from 3.51% in 2005 to 14.37% in 2015, and the mortality rate has also increased each year. In 2013, there were 603 flu deaths per 100,000 people in Beijing.
The flu virus is highly contagious.
2. 流感的症状有:发热、头痛、肌痛和全身不适,体温可达39-40℃。
Symptoms of flu include fever, headache, myalgia and general malaise, and body temperature often exceeds 39-40℃.
Flu and the common cold are not the same though they share many of the same symptoms.
4. 流感主要通过打喷嚏和咳嗽等飞沫传播和接触传播。
Influenza is mainly spread through droplets and contact including sneezing and coughing.
1.疫苗接种是预防流感最有效的手段,可以降低接种者患流感的风险。
Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent the flu.
2. 保持环境清洁和通风,保持良好的个人卫生习惯,勤洗手。
Keep the environment clean and ventilated, maintain good personal hygiene, and wash hands frequently.
Give children nutrition-dense easy-to-digest food to enhance physical fitness and immunity.
4. 尽量减少到人多的场所活动,特别是流感高发季节出去时要佩戴口罩。
Minimize outings to crowded places. Wear a mask especially when going out during the flu season.
Avoid contact with patients with respiratory infections.
6. 如咳嗽或打喷嚏时,用纸巾遮住口鼻,然后洗手。
When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue, and then wash your hands thoroughly.
People with respiratory tract symptoms should rest at home and seek medical attention as soon as possible.

1. 咳嗽、痰多应注意喝温热水,也可以在饭前30分钟或是饭后2小时进行拍痰。
If you have a cough or excessive phlegm, drink plenty of warm and hot water. You can also take an expectorant 30 minutes before or 2 .hours after meals.
2. 呕吐腹泻护理:给予易消化的流质或半流质食物。
Vomiting and diarrhea care: eat more digestible liquid or semi-liquid food.
Strengthen your oral care and pay attention to oral hygiene habits of children.
4. 患儿用过的生活用具应注意消毒,可用煮沸消毒法或日光暴晒。
Household utensils used by children should be disinfected using boiling disinfectant or ultra violet exposure.
Check your child’s temperature and pay attention to bed rest habits.
6. 饮食护理:给消化的流质饮食、稀粥、蛋汤、蛋羹、牛奶等。
Eat more easy to digest foods such as porridge, eggs, soups, custard, milk, etc.
Avoid cross-infection, wear a mask when you go out, and wash hands frequently.
8. 已患流感的家长照顾孩子须戴上口罩,注意餐具、玩具消毒。
Parents who are already suffering from flu must wear a mask when taking care of children, and pay attention to disinfection of tableware and toys.
