幼儿教师是人生的启蒙者,是灵魂的塑造者。站在这崇高的荣誉下,您是否想过,教师的幸福究竟在哪里?通过持续三年对多名幼儿教师进行跟踪调查和访谈,我们发现,影响幼儿教师职业幸福感的因素主要有组织层面(园所性质、在编情况、区域、收入)和个体层面(性别、年龄和发展阶段)两大部分。大家似乎认为社会因素对教师职业幸福感起到决定性作用,我们期盼教师支持政策落实落细,尊师重教氛围深厚,幼儿园氛围更友爱,家长更理解幼教……但反观自身,作为教师的我们如何主动推动这些期望成为现实,在职业倦怠中主动进行自我修复,寻找到职业幸福感呢?本期讲座,我们的特邀嘉宾陈荣老师将为大家带来:追寻幸福的教师生活。
