观察内容




进餐时间到了,伴随着优美的音乐,孩子们开始安静的享用美食,在照顾孩子们进餐的过程中,我们发现Jack把主食都吃完了,可是菜一口没动,他一边玩儿着勺子,一边拨弄衣角,看此情景,老师蹲下身来,“Jack,快吃菜吧,都凉了,”Jack把身子一扭“不要吃”,“那老师喂你好不好”“不吃不吃”,在老师耐心的哄劝下,他勉强的吃了两口菜… …通过几次的观察发现,Jack对吃菜非常抗拒。幼儿园为孩子们精心搭配的美食菜肴,为什么Jack不吃呢?

Gourmet lunch
At lunchtime, the children began to enjoy meal with calm background music. While taking care of the children at meals, We found that Jack had eaten all the staple food, but he haven’t eaten a single bite of vegetables. As he played with his spoon and fiddled with the corner of his coat, the teacher crouched down and said, “Jack, eat your food, it’s cold, ” Jack twisted his body and said, “I don’t like eating it, ” “how is the teacher feeding you? ” “Don’t eat it, don’t eat it… ” the teacher tried to persuade him patiently. He managed to eat two bites of the dish — and after several observations, Jack was very resistant to it. Why doesn’t Jack eat the gourmet food that the kindergarten has so carefully prepared for the children?

首先与家长进行了沟通,了解了jack从小的养育过程,多数时间是与老人相处的,对孩子比较溺爱,对于孩子挑食也是听之任之,长此以往,养成了Jack不爱吃菜的习惯;


The first communication with the parents, to understand Jack’s childhood upbringing process, most of the time is with his grandparents. The child, over the years, develop picky habits. Jack does not like to eat vegetable habits.

虽然老师反复说多吃菜如何如何对身体有好处等等之类的劝说语言,但是孩子年龄小,不能够深入理解与认知,必须通过具体的形象思维方式,帮助孩子,教育孩子,引导幼儿;

Although the teacher repeatedly talked about how to eat more vegetables, how they are good to the body, and so on, but the child is young. He can not yet understand and recognize the concept. It is important to help the child, educate him through the concrete image thinking way,  to Guide Children.

家园共育:与父母沟通,做好老人的思想工作,在家里的时光也要通过多种方式鼓励孩子多吃菜、爱吃菜;

In view of such bad eating habits, we first communicated with parents about their child eating habits at home, and made corresponding measures and adjustments.

老师在餐前进行绘本故事讲述“爱吃青菜的鳄鱼”“爱探险的蔬菜”等,采取故事、游戏、说教相结合等形式,增强孩子对蔬菜的食欲;

The teacher before the meal time read  a Picture Book, like: “The crocodile who loves to eat vegetables” , “Love adventure vegetables” and so on. The story, games, the combination of  other forms, will enhance enhance the child’s appetite for vegetables;

正面教育:多鼓励、多表扬,先从鼓励孩子“多吃一口”引导入手,逐步增强孩子对蔬菜的食欲,最终达到幼儿自愿、主动全部吃完。欲望。

Positive Education: encourage more, praise more, first encourage children to “eat more”. It gradually enhance the child’s appetite for vegetables, and eventually achieve children’s  initiative to eat them .
