跟蒙特梭利教室一样，在中文和英文教室我们也有一些特定地与孩子互动的方式。我们希望所有人都遵守这些规则，为孩子创造一个最优的学习环境。
鼓励幼儿参与互动，融入集体
?尽可能多的地让幼儿参与课堂内外的活动。
?请给幼儿一点空间，让他们自主选择和尝试各种活动。
?请表扬幼儿的好的行为和成就。
?帮助幼儿与他人建立友谊；明白自己和他人是不同的独立的个体。
?向幼儿展示如何适当使用教室里的教具和材料。（如果不清楚用法，请找老师帮忙。）
?请腾出空间让老师和幼儿进行互动。
?请正向鼓励幼儿！
请用和善而坚定的方式解决冲突
?如果幼儿无法独立解决冲突，请公平公正地帮助幼儿解决问题。
?请阻止并纠正不好的行为，向幼儿解释课堂守则。
?提醒幼儿在教室里面是要遵守一些规则的。
请尊重课堂。
?在教室里面，包括玩玩具、吃东西等行为，需要经过老师的允许才能进行。
?请尊重上课的流程；请让老师引导幼儿进行活动。
?请区分上课时间与独立操作、清理时间和游戏时间。
?上课和集体活动的时候，请不要打扰孩子。
?集体活动的时候，幼儿不得随意离开，必须离开时要有大人陪同。
?每当完成一样工作时，教具和材料要放到原来的地方。当清理时间到的时候，幼儿需要一起收拾教室。 Like our Montessori room, ourChinese and English rooms have specific ways of interacting with children atwork. We ask that everyone respect these guidelines in order to create theoptimal learning atmosphere for our students.
Encourage involvement and integration.
? Reinforce involvement in and out of theclassroom.
? Allow your child space and freedom to tryactivities.
? Give praise for positive behaviors and accomplishments.
? Establishfriendships & boundaries between your child & other kids.
? Show proper usage of tools and materials inthe classroom (if you don’t know, ask the teachers for assistance).
? Give students and teachers space tointeract with each other.
? Be positive!
Help resolve conflicts in a calm andneutral manner.
? Take action to resolve issues between yourchild and others that benefits all parties involved if they cannot resolve itthemselves.
? Stop and correct bad behaviors and reinforceclassroom rule.
? Remind your child of the rules in theclassroom.
Respect the classroom environment.
? There are no toys, food, or other items inclass without teacher permission.
? Respect the class routine and allowteachers to guide children in activities.
? Distinguish class time from work, clean upand play time.
? Do not interrupt your child during class orgroup time.
? Children should leave the group only whenneeded and in adult company.
? Classroom items should be stored in theirproper places when finished and during clean up time.
