家校沟通培训 | 为教育搭一座“心桥”

家校沟通合作是通过家庭、学校和社会等多方面的沟通协作，将多种教育资源进行整合的重要方式。是学校、老师、学生、家长间沟通的重要桥梁。有效的家校沟通为孩子的健康成长提供重要的帮助。

Home school communication and cooperation is an important way to integrate various educational resources through communication and cooperation among families, schools and society. It is an important bridge between schools, teachers, students and parents. Effective home school communication provides important help for children’s healthy growth.

8月24日下午，清华附中稻香湖幼儿园在开学前夕，邀请到陈艺桐导师，中国首批美国资质鼓励咨询师，资深美国正面管教讲师，为老师们开展了一期关于有效家校沟通的校本培训，为全园老师们在家校沟通过程中提供有效参考。

On the afternoon of August 24, we invited trainer Chen Yitong, one of the first batch of American qualification encouragement consultants in China and a senior American Positive Discipline lecturer. we carry out a training on effective home school communication for teachers, providing effective reference for teachers in the whole kindergarten in the process of home school communication.

在互动过程中，大家一起探讨理想的家园沟通模式，通过角色扮演，换位思考。老师在培训以及生动的活动中领会了科学的家校沟通技巧。沟通是心法，不是技法。沟通是人与人之间、人与群体之间思想与感情传递和反馈的过程。我们用爱，去呵护和感受每一位小朋友，用心和每一个家长沟通。

In the interactive process, we discussed the ideal home communication mode together, and thought through role-playing and transposition. The teacher learned the scientific home school communication skills in the training and lively activities. Communication is a mental skill, not a skill. Communication is a process of thought and emotion transmission and feedback between people and between people and groups. We use love to care for and feel every child and communicate with every parent.

家校沟通是一门艺术，也是一门学问，我们在不断学习、不断探索中融会贯通，从而形成一套具有自己风格和特色的沟通方式，进而达到家校沟通的良好效果。本次家校沟通的培训通过简单、简短、简练的活动和分享的方式进行，本次培训仿佛是一场精神盛宴。清华附中稻香湖幼儿园的全体教师将站在新的高度继续攀登，心中有爱，在感动中工作，陪伴稻香湖的每一位小朋友共同成长。

Home school communication is both an art and a knowledge. We learn from each other through continuous learning and exploration, to form a set of communication methods with our own style and characteristics, and then achieve a good effect of home school communication. This home school communication training was conducted through simple, brief and concise activities and sharing. This training seems to be a spiritual feast. All the teachers of THDK will continue to climb from a new height, work with love in their hearts, and accompany every child of Daoxianghu to grow up together.
