谷雨时节降雨频繁，故有“繁花随雨落，繁华扑面来”的民间谚语。我们用彩色画笔绘制一把寄托缤纷希望的小花伞，打开孩子们的想象，感悟多彩的春天。

北方有谷雨食香椿的习俗。“食椿”又名“吃春”，寓意迎接新春的到来。此事的香椿香嫩可口，营养丰富。南方则有谷雨摘茶的习俗。传说在谷雨当天采制的茶，喝了会清火明目。谷雨茶也就是“雨前茶”，又叫“二春茶”，和清明前采摘的“明前茶”相对应。

In the south, there is a custom of picking tea.  Grain rain tea, also known as “before rain tea” or “second spring tea”, corresponds to the “Ming pre tea” picked before the Qingming Festival.

暮春气候复杂，此时人体就容易流失水分，抵抗力就会随之下降，容易引发多种慢性病，这个时候，补水就显得特别重要。晨起喝水不仅可可以补充因身体代谢失去的水分，还可以洗涤已排空的肠胃。

春季应选择吃些低脂肪、高维生素、高矿物质的食物，比如荠菜、菠菜、马兰头、香椿头、蒲公英等，这些可起到清热解毒、凉血明目，通利二便、醒脾开胃的作用。在适当进食优质蛋白类食物及蔬果之外，可饮用绿豆汤、赤豆汤、酸梅汤以及绿茶，防止体内积热。家长朋友们可在家为孩子做一些清淡的饮食。
