劳动最光荣 | Labor is the most glorious

为了让幼儿了解“五一”国际劳动节的意义，让孩子们体验劳动的快乐，亲身感受到“以辛勤劳动为荣”，帮助孩子从小树立良好的道德观、荣辱观、劳动观，教育幼儿从小热爱劳动，从自己做起，从小事做起，在学会“自己的事情自己做”的同时，能为他人、为集体服务，培养幼儿的责任感和社会适应能力。

We clebraelebrate Labor Day in order to let children understand the significance of the “May 1st” International Labor Day, experience the joy of labor, feel “proud of hard work”, help children to establish a good moral concept, honor and disgrace concept, labor concept from childhood, educate young children to love labor from an early age, start from themselves, start from small things, while learning to “do your own things by yourself” can serve others and cultivate children’s sense of responsibility and social adaptability.

近日，我园充分挖掘潜在教育资源，结合“五一”劳动节主题，在对孩子进行了“五一”国际劳动节的相关知识介绍的基础上，开展了“劳动真快乐”系列教育活动。此次活动让孩子们度过了一个快乐而有意义的节日，增添了丰富的教育内涵，培养了孩子们认识劳动、尊重劳动、热爱劳动的观念。

Recently, our kindergarten fully excavated potential educational resources, combined with the theme of the “May 1st” Labor Day, and carried out a series of “Labor is really happiness” educational activities on the basis of introducing the relevant knowledge of “May 1st” International Labor Day. This activity allowed  children to spend a happy and meaningful festival, add rich educational connotations, cultivate children’s concept of understanding labor, respecting labor, and loving labor.

活动设置了多个环节，孩子们从自己穿衣物、背书包、整理物品，到担任小值日生等劳动活动中，学习简易劳动工具的使用方法，掌握日常生活自理基本技能。在劳动实践中，学会自理、收获自主、懂得合作，养成自觉自愿参与劳动的习惯，爱惜劳动成果的品质。

The activity has set up multiple links. Children learn how to use simple labor tools and master their basic skills of daily life self-care in labor activities, such as wearing clothes and backpacks, arranging items and to work as small-duty workers. In labor practice, kids learn how to take care of themselves,  gain independence, know how to cooperate, develop the habit of voluntarily participating in labor, and cherish the quality of labor results.

同时也在这一过程中，不仅让孩子们体验了劳动的乐趣，感受劳动带来的成就感，更重要的是了解到“五一”劳动节真正的含义，感受到劳动者的辛劳与不易，激发了孩子们对这些最可爱人的尊重爱戴之情。相信今日小小劳动的种子，将会在孩子心中生根发芽，形成贯穿于一生的良好品行!

At the same time, in this process, we not only let the children experience the joy of labor and feel the sense of achievement brought by labor, but more importantly, let them understand the true meaning of “May 1st” Labor Day, and feel the hard work and hardship of laborers. Stimulate the children’s respect and love for these most adorable people. We believe that the seeds of today’s small labor will take root and sprout in the hearts of children and form good behaviors throughout life!
