“哇，你这个飞船太神奇了，这些按钮有这么多的作用呀！那这个又是什么呢？”我好奇地询问他。

这一问，引得William滔滔不绝地细细描述他的宇宙飞船来：“我这个宇宙飞船还可以变身、帮我拍照片，还可以变出好多好吃的。”

“能画出这么神奇的宇宙飞船，老师为你鼓掌，太神奇了。”我由衷地为William鼓起掌来。

“Wow, you ship is amazing, these buttons have so many effects!” So what’s this? I asked him curiously.

This question, led William to describe his spaceship in great detail: “My spaceship can also transform, help me take pictures, and produce a lot of delicious food.”

“It’s amazing to be able to draw such a magical spaceship.” I clapped my hands for William from the bottom of my heart.

事实上，我们在平日里经常听到有家长说出“你瞧某某某画的多好，你再看看你，画的那是什么呀？”等诸如此类的话语。家长们望子成龙、望女成凤的心情，我们能够理解。但，对于孩子来说，他们就不容易理解这些话了，认为自己真的像父母口中说的那样“不够优秀”，如此一来，就会渐渐让孩子失去自信。

In fact, we often hear parents say on weekdays, “How good is it for you to look at a certain painting, and then you look at it, what is it?” “And so on. We understand that Parents look forward to the son becoming Jackie Chan, look forward to the daughter becoming Chengfeng’s mood. But it’s not easy for children to understand these words, thinking they’re really “not good enough” as their parents say, and that they’re losing confidence.

值得提醒各位家长的是，比较有效的做法是多给孩子一些鼓励，以及接受小朋友的想象力。

在我们成人看来，小朋友只是简单地画出几个圆，以及各种不规则的图案，但即便如此，这些图案在小朋友的眼里竟如此美妙、如此丰富。由此可见，孩子的思维不受定式所限，常常是异想天开，而智慧的火花也就在这异想天开中迸射出来。

It is worth reminding parents that the more effective way is to give more encouragement to their children and to accept their children’s imagination.

In our adult eyes, children simply draw a few circles, as well as a variety of irregular patterns, but even so, these patterns in the eyes of children are so wonderful, so rich. It can be seen that children’s thinking is not limited by stereotypes, often whimsical, and the spark of wisdom is in this whimsical sky shot out.

作为孩子心灵的启蒙者，不应将孩子的世界囿于成人的思维定势之中，而应适时引导、点拨，这样就会收到许多如William所画的神奇“宇宙飞船”。

As the enlightener of the children’s mind, we should not confine children’s world to the mentality set by adults, but should guide in instruct them in time. In this way, we will receive many magical “spaceships” as described by William.
