蒙特梭利课堂原则

我们的蒙特梭利课堂是有一定的基本原则和指导方针，目的是让孩子们在他们需要的范围内自由地成长。我把工作材料按特定的顺序，放在班级里特定的地方，以便孩子们不需要问就知道它们放哪里。
有一天，我决定将一些物品从感官区架子上拿出来并放在与原先摆放位子相反的区域，我的一个学生看到材料被放在了错误的地方，他便一个一个把材料拿出来，并将它们放在原先的位子上。
Ken走过来说：“ Melissa老师，看！感官材料被放到其他架子上去了，我们一起帮它放回原位吧。”我结结巴巴回应着但内心充满着喜悦，很高兴猴子班的孩子们知道蒙特梭利规则以及如何照顾工作材料。
我抱着他们并告诉他们我是多么自豪，他们长大懂事了有责任心。我给他们星形贴纸以显示我的开心，并奖励他们的能力，他们知道了蒙特梭利课堂原则。
Our Montessori classroom has certain basic rules and guidelines designed to give children the freedom within limits they need to thrive. I present material in a specific order and put them in a specific place in the room so that the students always know where things are without having to ask.
One day I decided to move some items from the sensorial shelf and put some of the material on the shelf which directly opposite the original cabinet. One of my students saw the material was not in a different place and one by one they all took the material and returned everything to their prior positions. 
Ken came to: “Teacher Melissa, look! The sensorial material was on the other shelf we all helped put it back.” I was tongue-tied but delighted with joy that the Monkey students know the Montessori rules and how to care for the work material. 
I hugged them all and told them how proud I am that they are growing up to be sensible and responsible. I gave them star stickers to show my happiness and to reward them for their ability to own the Montessori classroom.
