小小童子军们身着迷彩服，

骄傲的站在这里，

一起传递一种信念，

感受一个难忘、与众不同、英姿飒爽的时光。

少年强则国强，少年独立则国独立，儿童是家庭的希望，清华附中稻香湖幼儿园2022年7月23号组织开展童子军活动，特别邀请了TT SCOUTS CLUB 国内童军教育的先行者，TT 国际童军与国际童军总会长期战略合作，与美国童子军国家理事会中国区唯一战略合作伙伴。稻香湖幼儿园希望通过本次“小小童子军”活动，能够让孩子们深入了解如何通过活动照顾自己，让孩子们在有趣的运动中体验成长和坚持，在同伴的友好合作中体验成功与快乐。

A strong youth means a strong country, and an independent youth means an independent country. Children are the hope of families. We organized the scout activity on July 23, 2022, and specially invited TT Scout Club, the pioneer of domestic scout education. TT International Scout has long-term strategic cooperation with the International Scout Federation, and is the only strategic partner of the National Council of scouts in China. We hope that through this scout activity, children can have an in-depth understanding of how to take care of themselves through activities, so that children can experience growth and persistence in interesting sports, and experience success and happiness in the friendly cooperation of their peers.

清华附中稻香湖学校始终秉承“夯实中国根基、凸显国际品质、传承清华文化、培育国际英才”的宗旨，以“为未来领袖人才奠基”为使命，以成为“中国一流、世界知名”的学习为办学目标。在清华附中稻香湖幼儿园，我们的培养目标与校区的目标——为未来领袖人才奠基是一脉相承的。在幼儿园阶段，我们更多的是鼓励孩子有责任感，而责任感是通过照顾自己，照顾他人呈现的。

We has always adhered to the purpose of “Consolidating China’s foundation, highlighting international quality, inheriting Tsinghua culture and cultivating international talents”, with the mission of “Laying the foundation for future leaders and talents”, and the school goal of becoming “China’s first-class and world-famous”. Our training goal is in the same line with the goal of the THISDL – to lay the foundation for future leaders. In the kindergarten stage, we encourage children to have a sense of responsibility, which is presented by taking care of themselves and others.

玛丽亚·蒙特梭利博士说过：儿童通过自立获得身体的独立；通过自由的使用其选择能力获得意志上的独立；通过没有干扰的独立工作获得思想上的独立。儿童的独立性是从小培养出来的，通过照顾自己，照顾他人，照顾环境可以帮助孩子建立独立处理事情的信念。

Dr. Maria Montessori said that children gain physical independence through self-reliance; Through the free use of their choice ability to obtain independence of will, they gain ideological independence through independent work without interference. Children’s independence is cultivated from childhood. Taking care of themselves, others and the environment can help children establish the belief of dealing with things independently.

在破冰的活动现场，随着一个个小游戏小环节的推进，小朋友们从胆怯到迈出第一步、从陌生到熟悉，在相处的过程中，孩子们或许有过害羞，有过担心，有过紧张，但团队的力量和合作的魅力影响下，害羞的孩子逐渐大方、胆小的小子变得更自信了，孩子们成长。

At the ice breaking activity, with the promotion of small games, the children have taken the first step from timidity to familiarity, from strangeness to familiarity. In the process of getting along, the children may have been shy, worried and nervous, but under the influence of the power of the team and the charm of cooperation, the shy children gradually become more generous, and the timid children become more confident, and the children grow up.

小朋友们身着迷彩，在口哨声中小小的身影站立的笔直，小朋友们通过哨声了解到全体哨音的指令，更是知道了SOS的哨音。小朋友们在熟悉了解简单步伐和哨音后，就到了我们的开营仪式，教官发出指令，刘园长确定开营，今天的童子军的活动正式开始了。

The children were dressed in camouflage, and their small figures stood upright in the whistle. Through the whistle, the children learned the instructions of all the whistles, and also the whistle of SOS. After getting familiar with the simple steps and whistles, the children came to our camp opening ceremony. The instructor gave instructions, and the Dr. Liu decided to open the camp. Today’s Scout activities officially began.

孩子们通过叠衣服，系鞋带，整理归纳，俨然是一个个专业的收纳师，镜头与目光之外的一些空间和角落，还有许多实操活动在进行，孩子们的骨子里积极向上，自信自强，健康独立的品质被启蒙并逐渐生根发芽。

By folding clothes, tying shoelaces, sorting and summarizing, the children are like professional collectors. There are many practical activities in some spaces and corners outside the lens and eyes. The children’s positive, self-confident, healthy and independent qualities are enlightened and gradually take root.

童子军给孩子们的，不仅仅是一次简单的拓展训练，更是稻香湖为孩子们种下的一颗独立、勇敢、自信的种子，也是稻香湖幼儿园送给孩子们的一段永不可替代的人生彩排。

The scouts activity give children not only a simple outward bound training, but also a seed of independence, courage and self-confidence planted by THDK for children. It is also an irreplaceable life rehearsal given to children by THDK.
