依据《幼儿园教育指导纲要》和《3-6岁儿童学习发展指南》精神,为进一步提高我园教师的专业技能,教师专业素养,个人教育实践能力,以及保证教育教学质量,2021年7月31日,培基双语幼儿园开展了教师考核大赛,以评比展示为平台,引领教师来提升自己的业务能力,激励教师积极进取的工作热情,促进教师专业成长。


In accordance with the spirit of “Kindergarten Education Guidelines” and “3-6 Years Old Children’s Learning and Development Guide”, in order to further improve the professional skills of teachers in our kindergarten, teachers’ professional qualities, personal educational practice ability, and ensure the quality of education and teaching, July 2021 On the 31st, Baston Bilingual Kindergarten launched a teacher assessment competition, using the evaluation and display as a platform to lead teachers to improve their professional capabilities, encourage teachers’ positive and enterprising work enthusiasm, and promote teachers’ professional growth.

本次活动共分三部分:技能、笔试、面试。其中包括弹唱、舞蹈、手工绘画、故事讲述、结构问题和理论笔试。

弹唱标准

Singing standard

内容为本年龄段教学计划中的音乐活动,要求按歌曲调式进行演奏,节奏正确,弹奏流畅,伴奏合理,有感情地弹唱歌曲,歌唱与弹奏音色和谐,歌唱时的音高、音准到位,吐字清晰。

The content is the music activity in the teaching plan for this age group. 舞蹈标准

成人、幼儿舞蹈各一支,要求舞蹈整体编排具有合理性、连贯性、完整性;舞蹈的编排、表演形式新颖有创意;教师对舞蹈音乐的理解准确,舞蹈动作吻合音乐旋律,节奏感强,动作流畅协调,表现力和技巧性强;精神饱满,台风端正,现场反映良好,如遇突发情况处理得当。

使用标准、流利的普通话,语言标准规范,语调抑扬顿挫,语速与幼儿年龄特征相适应。同时,情节完整,声情并茂,肢体语言运用恰当,有助于幼儿理解故事内容。

本次比赛为所有参赛教师搭建了一个展示自我风采的平台,提供了一次相互学习的机会,真正达到了激励学习、促进提高的目的,对教师的个人职业素质的发展起到了非常积极的作用,也为今后更好的教育教学打下扎实的基础。此次比赛虽已落幕,但我们前进的步伐永不停止。


This competition built a platform for all participating teachers to show their self-demeanor and provided an opportunity to learn from each other. It really achieved the purpose of stimulating learning, promoting improvement and played a very positive role in the development of teachers’ personal professional quality. It also lays a solid foundation for better education and teaching in the future. Although the game has ended, our pace will never stop.
