Baston Education Group made the

“Team Building Activity”

On the first day of the holiday, we came to Jimingyi Village, Jimingyi Township, Huailai County, Hebei Province. We have visited the remains of a post station built in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). Jiming Post City is a valuable relic of China’s post and military structures; it is a high cultural value. The city covers an area of 220,000 square meters and it is flat square, the perimeter of the city wall is 1891.8 meters. Five roads cross the city, dividing the city into twelve areas of varying sizes. The post office area is in the center of the city. There are horse houses in the northwest area, post warehouses in the northeast area, and post roads passing east-west through the city. There are shops and houses left from ancient times in the city.

During the dinner that day, under the leadership of the chairman Mr. Zhuang and the chairman of the labor union, Mr. Yun, all the staff carried out a rich dinner party. During the event, everyone toasted together to celebrate this moment. The teachers prepared wonderful performances and the atmosphere was positive and high. 

桑干河大峡谷漂流

The next day, we took a shuttle bus to the “Sanggan River Grand Canyon Eco-Tourism Area”.

The Sanggan River Grand Canyon is located in the Sanggan River Basin, the birthplace of the Chinese nation. It is the upper reaches of the Yongding River and an important tributary of the Haihe River. It is located in the northwest of Hebei Province and the north of Shanxi Province.

In the scenic area, the teachers experienced the “Grand Canyon Pastoral Drifting”, enjoyed beautiful colorful flowers;

The “Colorful Dry Sliding” slide-in Feibao Gorge has a total length of 200 meters and is divided into 3 slides with a height difference of 30 meters. The teachers had a lot of fun there.

参观永宁古城遗址 · 品永宁豆腐宴

On the third day of the journey, we visitedthe ancient city of Yongning in Yanqing District, Beijing. Its establishmentbegan in the Tang Dynasty in the 12th year of Yongle in the Ming Dynasty (1414).We have also visited the Yuhuang Pavilion, ancient streets and alleys, theCatholic Church, ancient temples, and other landscapes, and at the end came toDouxiang Pavilion to taste the tofu feast.

The purpose of this team-building activity was not only to relax but also to experience the joy of team traveling. This kind of trip helps to connect colleagues and gave everyone a chance to show themselves. We have seen that the potential of the team is stimulated and infinitely amplified in face of challenges. The faculty members had a great experience and understand the importance of responsibility, communication, coordination, and cooperation. We firmly believe that in the future work, the teachers of Baston Bilingual Kindergarten will be together and work hard to make their careers shine!
