幼儿阶段是儿童身体发育和机能发展极为迅速的时期,科学的体能测查,是幼儿园健康教育的一部分,也是监测幼儿身体素质发育与身体动作技能发展的一把标尺。
为了更好地掌握不同年龄阶段幼儿身体与动作的发展水平,,有针对性地对幼儿体能状况进行统计分析,全面提高幼儿身体素质和动作协调能力,,进幼儿体格健康发展。每年3-6月,我园都要对幼儿进行体能测试。

What is a Fitness Test?
幼儿园体质测试,是依据国家体育总局颁布的《国民体质测定标准施行方法》中的测试方法和标准,对幼儿园3-6 岁幼儿进行的体质测试。 幼儿体质测试,是通过对幼儿的身体机能、身体形态、身体素质等方面进行专业的、科学的,有计划地测试,并对测试数据进行整理分析从而判断幼儿的体质状况,才能对幼儿体质状况作出一个准确、及时,全面的评价,最终达到提高幼儿的身体健康水平。
The kindergarten physical fitness test is a physical fitness test for kindergarten children aged 3-6 years old according to the test methods and standards in the “National Physical Fitness Measurement Standard Implementation Method” promulgated by the General Administration of Sports of the People’s Republic of China. The children’s physical fitness test is to conduct a professional, scientific and planned test on the children’s physical function, physical form, physical fitness, etc., and to sort out and analyze the test data to judge the children’s physical condition, so as to make an accurate, timely and comprehensive evaluation of the children’s physical condition, and finally improve the physical health level of children.
The purpose and essentials of the physical fitness test
目的:反映幼儿的平衡能力
要领:
1、双脚战力在起点平台,面向平衡木。双臂两侧平举。
2、口令开始,双脚交替走向终点平台
Objective: To reflect children’s balance skills
Essentials:
1. The combat power of both feet is on the starting platform, facing the balance beam. Raise your arms flat at each side.
2. Start the password and walk to the end platform with your feet alternately
目的:主要反映幼儿下肢的爆发力
要领:
1、做好预摆动作,双脚分开站立与肩同宽,双手握拳双臂前后摆动。
2、身体降低重心,两腿弯曲,双脚用力蹬地,身体向上前方展开一跃而起,跳跃落地。
Objective: To reflect the explosive power of children’s lower limbs
Essentials:
1. Do a good job of pre-swinging movements, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and swing your arms back and forth with your hands in fists.

目的:反映幼儿协调性和下肢肌肉力量
要领:
1、双脚并拢站立在起点线
2、双脚同时跳起落地,膝关节微屈,动作连贯,协调完成

Essentials:
1. Stand with your feet together at the starting line.
2 Jump up and land with both feet at the same time, the knee joint is slightly flexed, the action is coherent and coordinated.
目的:反映幼儿躯干和下肢柔韧性
要领:
1、座位,双腿伸直,脚并拢,脚跟相对,脚尖分开呈V形状。
2、上身直立双臂伸直,背部折髋向前推双臂。手掌心向下,指尖推动移动游标。
Objective: To reflect the flexibility of children’s trunk and lower limbs
Essentials:
1. Sit, legs straight, feet together, heels opposite, toes apart in a V shape.
2. Stand upright with your upper body and your arms straight, and push your arms forward with your hips folded on your back. With the palm of your hand down, push the moving cursor with your fingertips.
目的:反映幼儿上肢腰腹肌肉力量
要领:
1、两脚前后分开站立在投掷线外,右手持球。
2、眼睛直视前方,投球,后脚可向前迈步,但不可踩或踩过投掷线

Essentials:
1. Stand outside the throwing line with your feet apart from the front and back, and hold the ball in your right hand.

目的:反映幼儿的灵敏性。
要领:
1、双脚前后分开站立,上身微前倾,直视前方,手握拳,两臂屈肘自然摆动。
2、一吸一呼,保持节奏,跑到终点触摸障碍物返回起点线。

Essentials:
1. Stand with your feet apart from the front and back, lean forward slightly, look straight ahead, clench your hands into fists, and swing your arms and elbows naturally.
2. Breathe in and out, maintain the rhythm, run to the end and touch the obstacle to return to the starting line.
Physical fitness test training
在体能测试前,由保健医生带领教师组成体能测试小组,并由保健医生在体能测试前对教师进行知识培训,确保测试的科学性,将误差降到到最低。老师们详细了解每一项内容测查的正确方法、注意事项及记录要求。
Before the physical fitness test, the health care doctor will lead the teachers to form a physical fitness test team, and the health care doctor will conduct knowledge training for the teachers before the physical fitness test to ensure the scientific nature of the test and minimize the error. Teachers learn more about the correct methods, precautions and recording requirements for each content test.

体能测试结束后,保健医生对幼儿体能测试结果进行统计分析,更加清楚的了解到幼儿的身体与动作发展水平,以便科学地调整幼儿膳食供给。同时开展和创新各种体育运动,增强幼儿体质,促进幼儿体能发展,为幼儿的全面发展打下坚实的基础。
After the physical fitness test, the health care doctor will conduct a statistical analysis of the children’s physical fitness test results, so as to understand the children’s physical and motor development level more clearly, so as to scientifically adjust the children’s dietary supply.
