古人云:大者,盛也,至此容而雪盛也。到了大雪这个时候,雪往往下很大、且范围也广,所以叫大雪。

大雪是二十四节气中的第21个节气,也是冬季的第三个节气。大雪,斗指癸,太阳到达黄经255度,交节时间为每年公历12月6—8日。大雪和小雪、雨水、谷雨、小满等节气一样,都是直接反映降水的节气。
节气大雪的到来,意味着天气会越来越冷,降水量渐渐增多。大雪节气中国大部分地区已进入冬季,最低温度都降到了0℃或以下,在强冷空气前沿冷暖空气交锋的地区,会降大雪甚至暴雪。

羊肉、白萝卜、粉丝、葱、姜、盐、料酒、八角、干辣椒、花椒。
