为掌握我园各年龄段幼儿体能发展水平及现状,为教师能针对性的制定幼儿户外活动计划提供科学依据,进而提高幼儿动作的协调性、灵活性以及平衡性,培基幼儿园于10月29日开展了“科学体测,健康成长”幼儿体测活动。
In order to understand the physical development level and current situation of children of all ages in our kindergarten, provide scientific basis for teachers to develop targeted outdoor activity plans for children, and improve the coordination, flexibility, and balance of children’s movements, Baston Kindergarten launched the “Scientific Physical Testing, Healthy Growth” children’s physical testing activity on October 29.
此次测试以《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》为依据制定内容与标准。测评内容包括六个项目:10米折返跑、立定跳远、网球掷远、双脚连续跳、平衡木、坐位体前屈。在老师的带领下,各班依次开始各个项目的测试,孩子们在测评中个个精神饱满、神采奕奕、表现非凡,现场俨然一个小型的校园运动会。让我们一起去看看小朋友们的精彩表现吧!
This test is based on the “Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6” to develop content and standards. The evaluation includes six items: 10 meter turn back run, standing long jump, tennis throw, continuous jumping with both feet, balance beam, and sitting forward bend. Under the guidance of the teacher, each class began testing various projects one by one. The children were full of energy, energetic, and performed exceptionally in the assessment, and the scene was like a small campus sports meet. 10 meter turnaround run
1.测查要求:当听到起跑信号后,立即起跑,直奔折返线,用手触摸到物体(小熊)后返回,直奔目标线。
2.测试目的:反映幼儿身体的灵敏度。
家庭指导建议:在练习时要选择空旷的场地,避免与周边事物发生碰撞,到折返点后,一定要提醒幼儿迅速返回哦!家长可以陪伴孩子一起练习哟!
天气逐渐转暖,小朋友们可以适当到空旷的地方外出运动,但是户外锻炼要有大人陪伴,一定不到人多的地方玩,另外小朋友们还要注意运动安全,穿便于活动的运动鞋,活动好脚腕。
1. Testing requirements: Upon hearing the start signal, immediately start running and head straight to the turning line. After touching the object (teddy bear) with your hand, return and head straight to the target line.
2. Test purpose: To reflect the sensitivity of children’s bodies.
Family guidance advice: When practicing, choose an open area to avoid collisions with surrounding objects. After reaching the turning point, be sure to remind children to return quickly! Parents can practice with their children!
The weather is gradually warming up, and children can go out to exercise in open areas. However, outdoor exercise requires adult companionship and should not be played in crowded places. In addition, children should pay attention to sports safety, wear sports shoes that are easy to move, and exercise their ankles well.
Standing Long Jump
1.测查要求:两脚自然分开,站立在起跳线后,然后摆动双臂,双脚蹬地尽力向前跳。起跳时,不能有垫跳动作。
2.测查目的:主要反映幼儿下肢的爆发力和身体协调能力。
家庭指导建议:小朋友们在家中练习,要找平坦宽阔的地方哟!运动前换好运动鞋,鞋带系紧,避免摔伤哦!家长可以用软尺帮孩子们测量距离哦!
1. Testing requirements: Stand with your feet naturally apart after the jump line, then swing your arms and try to jump forward with both feet on the ground. When jumping, there should be no cushion jumping movements.
2. Purpose of the test: It mainly reflects the explosive power and physical coordination ability of young children’s lower limbs.
Family guidance advice: Children should practice at home and find a flat and spacious place! Change your sports shoes before exercising, tie the shoelaces tightly, and avoid falling and injuring yourself! Parents can use a tape measure to measure the distance for their children!
Tennis throw far
1.测查要求:站在投掷线后,两脚前后分开,单手持球;将球从肩上方投出,球出手时后脚可以向前 迈出一步,但不能踩线或过线。
2.测查目的:反映幼儿上肢腰腹肌肉力量。
家庭指导建议:家中没有网球的小朋友,可以用沙包来代替呦!孩子扔的不够远,家长可以为孩子在空中拉起一条标识线,让孩子首先练习扔球过线,这样循序渐进的练习哦!
1. Testing requirements: Stand behind the throwing line, keep your feet apart, and hold the ball with one hand; Throw the ball from above the shoulder, and when the ball is released, take one step forward with the back foot, but do not tread or cross the line.
2. Purpose of the test: To reflect the strength of the upper limb waist and abdominal muscles in young children.
Family guidance advice: Children who don’t have tennis at home can use sandbags instead! If the child doesn’t throw far enough, parents can draw a marker line in the air for the child to practice throwing the ball over the line first, so that the practice can be done gradually!
Continuous Jumping with Both Feet
1.测查要求:在平地上按直线每间隔50厘米放置一个软方包,距离第一块软方包20厘米处画一条“起跳线”。受试者两脚并拢站在“起跳线”后,听到“开始”的口令后,双脚起跳,连续跳过10个软方包停止。
2.测查目的:反映幼儿协调性和下肢肌肉力量。
家庭指导建议:家长可以让幼儿练习跳格子!在跳时要提醒孩子双脚并齐同时起跳,同时落地哦!
1. Testing requirements: Place a soft square bag every 50 centimeters in a straight line on flat ground, and draw a “jump line” 20 centimeters away from the first soft square bag. The subject stands with their feet together on the “jump line” and upon hearing the “start” command, they jump with both feet and continuously jump over 10 soft square bags to stop.
2. Purpose of the test: To reflect the coordination and lower limb muscle strength of young children.
Family guidance suggestion: Parents can let their children practice jumping grids! Remind children to jump with both feet together and land at the same time when jumping!
Balance beam
1.测查要求:站在平衡木上,双臂侧平举,中途不能落地,快速平稳通过。
2.测查目的:反映幼儿的平衡能力。
家庭指导建议:家中没有平衡木,可以用马路牙练习哦,但是一定要注意安全哟!或者可以让孩子先在家中沿着地砖直线练习平衡感哦!
1. Testing requirements: Stand on a balance beam, raise both arms horizontally, do not land halfway, and pass quickly and smoothly.
2. Purpose of the test: to reflect the balance ability of young children.
Family guidance advice: If there is no balance beam at home, you can practice with roadside teeth, but be sure to pay attention to safety! Or you can let the child practice balance along the straight line of the floor tiles at home first!
Sitting forward flexion
1. 测查要求:受试者面向仪器坐在垫子上,双腿向前伸直;脚跟并拢,蹬在测试仪的挡板上,脚尖自然分开。双手并拢,掌心向下平伸,膝关节伸直,上体前屈, 用双手中指指尖推动游标平滑前进,直到不能推动为止。膝盖不能弯曲。要做准备活动,以防肌肉拉伤。
2.测查目的:躯干和下肢柔韧性。
家庭指导建议:家中没有标尺怎么办?可以让爸爸妈妈帮小朋友压住腿呦!使小手用力去碰一碰小脚,或者家长和小朋友做拉锯的动作。有的小朋友会感到一点点痛,但是要坚持呦!
1. Testing requirements: The subject sits on a cushion facing the instrument, with their legs extended forward; Keep your heels together, press on the dashboard of the tester, and naturally separate your toes. Close your hands together, extend your palms flat downwards, straighten your knee joints, bend your upper body forward, and use the fingertips of your middle fingers to push the cursor smoothly forward until it can no longer be pushed. The knees cannot bend. Prepare for activities to prevent muscle strain.
2. Purpose of testing: flexibility of trunk and lower limbs.
Family guidance advice: What if there is no ruler at home? Parents can help children press their legs down! Make the little hand touch the little foot with force, or parents and children make a sawing motion. Some children may feel a little pain, but they must persevere!
每年一度的体质测试工作,不仅见证了幼儿成长的变化,及时了解到幼儿身体发展水平,同时也为后期开展更有针对性的体育活动,提供了重要的参考数据,对今后的教育教学计划起到指导性的重要作用。在本年度体质测试的工作开展过程中,各班教师全力支持、积极配合,幼儿也乐在其中、认真参与。相信通过科学规范的测试、真实有效的数据,可以让教师和家长进一步了解到幼儿的体质发展情况,从而针对性地调整幼儿体育锻炼项目,更科学地增强幼儿体质,让每个孩子健康快乐地成长!
