为促进教师对各年龄段目标与教育建议等内容的学习，切实把先进的教育理念和科学的教育方法落实到幼儿园保教工作的各个环节，秉承着“以考笃行，学以致用”的宗旨，本着公平、公正、公开的原则，我园对教师采用闭卷笔试的形式进行理论测试。测试内容分为填空题、选择题、简答题四部分，着重考察教师对《指南》精神要旨、内容的掌握程度和应用情况。

The test content is divided into four parts: fill-in-the-blank questions, multiple-choice questions, and short-answer questions, focusing on examining teachers’ mastery and application of the spiritual gist and content of the Guide.

我们始终相信，每一个孩子的成长，都是一个寻找色彩、发现美好的过程，而过程中的每一个片段，都需要被赞美、被记录！对于幼儿教师而言，“摄影师”是经常扮演的角色。摄影不单是简单地用镜头捕捉精彩瞬间的技术活，更是走近幼儿、了解幼儿的“宝藏”媒介,也是让家长直观地了解孩子们在幼儿园成长的重要途径之一。

本次比赛的内容从幼儿园环境、师资队伍、日常安全、膳食营养、一日生活流程、招生宣传等方面来进行拍摄。教师们借助各种手机软件，用唯美的画面、真挚的言语、动听的音乐，细腻的镜头，呈现出孩子在幼儿园生活、学习、游戏中的点点滴滴，用心捕捉幼儿的闪光点，记录下成长过程中那些一瞬间的高光时刻。

The content of this competition is shot from the aspects of kindergarten environment, teaching staff, daily safety, dietary nutrition, daily life process, enrollment promotion, etc. With the help of various mobile phone software, teachers use beautiful pictures, sincere words, beautiful music, and delicate lenses to show every detail of children’s life, study, and games in kindergarten, and carefully capture the shining points of children and record them. 教师技能考核

时光会走远，影像可长存，镜头能记录下美好的瞬间，我们也在突破当下的过程中追求不断的进步。做老师最幸福的事莫过于在见证孩子成长的同时，也见证了自己的成长，在今后的实践中，相信老师们将会从更加专业的角度，更过硬的专业能力，更细心的观察和耐心的倾听，做到与孩子零距离互动，拍摄出更真实、更暖心、更优质的视频或照片。

本次知识竞赛内容围绕《规程》《纲要》《保育教育质量评估指南》《3—6儿童学习与发展指南》等方面，设置了多种形式的题型，既考察选手对理论知识的熟悉程度，也考验教师的临场反应和心理素质。

比赛如火如荼地进行，气氛紧张而热烈，难分高下。抢答环节充满激情和兴奋，各参赛者们眼疾手快，使出浑身解数。整场比赛竞争激烈，气氛活跃，比赛场上不时响起阵阵掌声和欢笑声。

平衡膳食、合理营养既是满足幼儿身体发展的需要，也是保证幼儿健康成长的物质条件。为了提高我园幼儿膳食质量，食堂工作人员接受严格的食品安全理论知识考核，从食品选购、存储、加工到烹饪过程中的安全规范操作，成为本次考核的要点。

食堂工作人员根据提供的食材和工具，经过揉面、发酵、制作将不同口味的花样点心呈现在大家面前，普通的食材在他们的手中呈现出了不同的花样。

A balanced diet and reasonable nutrition not only meet the needs of children’s physical development, but also ensure the material conditions for their healthy growth. In order to improve the quality of meals for children in our kindergarten, canteen staff received strict assessment of theoretical knowledge of food safety. Safe and standardized operations from food purchase, storage, processing to cooking have become the key points of this assessment.

Based on the ingredients and tools provided, the canteen staff kneaded, fermented, and made various snacks with different flavors in front of everyone. Ordinary ingredients showed different patterns in their hands.

教师技能考核

不忘“厨”心，“食”刻前行。通过本次活动，不仅让幼儿园内的食堂人员对幼儿膳食烹饪技巧有了更全面的认识，也向大家展示了自身的烹饪技能。不负“食”光，“味”你而来 ，我们将持续用心做好每一餐，为孩子们的健康保驾护航，让爱在健康中成长，爱在点滴中呵护，爱在味蕾中绽放！

本次比赛以赛促进、以赛促学、以学促用，为全园教师搭建了学习交流平台，推动幼儿园教师保教质量进一步提升。同时也有效提高了食堂人员的理论知识、刀工、烹饪等知识技能，也使食堂人员更加关注不同年龄段幼儿营养膳食需求，为进一步提供优质的幼儿营养膳食打下坚实的基础。
