秋天，是金色的季节，是收获的季节，更是感恩的季节。在这个秋高气爽的季节，为发扬尊师重教的优良传统，让孩子们对老师的工作有更深的了解，引导幼儿尊敬老师、感恩老师，增进师生情谊。9月10日，我们隆重举办“我爱老师”主题教育活动，共同庆祝教师节。

借着本次教师节的机会，以”我最感动的一件事”为主题，开展了教师师德师风演讲比赛。演讲中，老师们通过自身的工作经历，讲出一个个感人的故事，希望通过分享在职业生涯中让自己最难忘的是事情和感受，激励更多的老师提升自身职业道德水平。
Teacher’s Sharing: “The most sincere moment”. The teachers shared their touching stories through their own work experience, hoping to inspire more teachers to improve their professional ethics by sharing the most memorable things and feelings in their careers.
小小的幼儿园里，总是会有一些“小趣事”发生，面对孩子，也总会听到一些可爱的令人忍俊不禁的“童言童语”。但无论哪般，这其中，都充斥着满满的爱意。
我们领略了各位教师的风采，也经历了一次心灵的洗涤。愿我们的老师以这次演讲为新的起点，在今后的教育教学中，不断锤炼自己，提升自己!

老师们学习了“新时代北京市幼儿园教师职业行为十项准则”，明确了师德底线。其中要求教师要坚定政治方向、 自觉爱国守法、传播优秀文化、潜心培幼育人、加强安全防范、关心爱护幼儿、遵循幼教规律、秉持公平诚信、坚守廉洁自律、规范保教行为。通过对这十项准则的学习让老师更深层次地体会了教师工作的重要性及自己身上所肩负的责任。
The teachers have learned the “Ten Guidelines for the Professional Behavior of Beijing Kindergarten Teachers in the New Era” clarifying the bottom line of teacher ethics.
Teachers are required to be firm in their political direction, consciously patriotic and law-abiding, spread excellent culture, devote themselves to nurturing children, strengthen safety precautions, care for children, follow the rules of preschool education, uphold fairness and integrity, uphold integrity and self-discipline, and standardize teaching behaviors.
Through the study of these ten principles, teachers have a deeper understanding of the importance of teachers’ work and their responsibilities.
师德考核自评。教师通过对职业理解与认识；对幼儿的态度与行为；幼儿保育和教育的态度与行为；个人修养与行为，四方面来进行自我评价。从而提高对自身的要求。
Self-evaluation of teacher ethics assessment. Teachers conduct self-evaluation through four aspects: their professional understanding and knowledge; their attitudes and behaviors toward children; their attitudes and behaviors in childcare and education; and their accomplishments and behaviors.

开展了“永远跟党走”传唱红歌活动，全面营造爱党爱国爱社会主义的浓厚氛围。于园长带领大家传唱《没有共产党就没有新中国》 《歌唱祖国》 《社会主义好》 《唱支山歌给党听》等四首经典歌曲。
The “Forever Follow the Communist Party” campaign was launched to sing communist songs to create a comprehensive atmosphere of loving the Party, the country, and socialism.
